A super apartment now made even better! Carefully renovated in 2012 to bring it bang up to date in both looks and facilities ? a popular choice on the first floor of a pretty house just off the Campo Sant? Agnese in the Dorsoduro district. Seconds away from the Zattere waterfront (via a short 'sottoportego') for wonderful walks and stunning canal views across to the island of Giudecca and minutes to the Accademia Bridge/the world-renowned Academy of Fine Arts and the 20th Century art of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection on the Grand Canal.
Entered by way of its own private front door and benefitting from air-conditioning for added comfort during Venice?s warmer months, Ca? Belle Arti has a hallway on the ground floor (off which is a handy laundry room with washing machine) and a short staircase leading directly into an attractive open-plan main living space on the level above. Comfy and attractively decorated, the living area is full of light, has broadband internet connection for keeping in touch and incorporates a well laid out sitting area with a sofa and double sofa bed, a fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances for easy self-catering and a dining area with ample seating as part of the kitchen.
Just off this room is the bright and freshly decorated master bedroom which has tall ceilings, warm wooden flooring and two large windows allowing in plenty of light and which also features ample storage, a comfortable double bed (which can be made into two singles - simply ask when booking) and a newly installed en-suite bathroom with modern shower and the latest fittings. The second bedroom with double bed is smaller (though also very comfy) and nestles quietly to the rear of the house, while a newly fitted bathroom conveniently placed towards the middle of the apartment features smart marble tiles, up to date accoutrements and a bathtub with shower over.
A great all-rounder of an apartment, newly renovated and peacefully placed in one of Venice?s nicest locations.
Close to the Church of the Gesuati (Santa Maria del Rosario) and a great choice of eating places along the Zattere, including the well-known gelataria ?Da Nico?, the accomplished cooking of ?Lineadombra? and Ristorante Riviera or, for something simpler, ?Ae Oche? with its mind-boggling variety of eat-in or takeaway pizza. Moments to the well-loved ?Bar Da Gino? for your breakfast cappuccino and for watching the world go by and to the fresh fish stall on Piscina Del Forner (Tues-Sat, a.m.?s only).
Ca? Belle Arti also lies within sound of some of the most beautiful (and non-intrusive) ?musical box? church bells in the whole of Venice (an enchantingly tuneful background to a holiday in this great location) and within seconds of the sleepy calle where, in a scene from the classic 1955 David Lean film ?Summertime?, Katharine Hepburn and her street urchin companion laughingly cool themselves down in the waters of the neighbourhood fountain.
Minutes to two vaporetto stops ? ?Zattere? to the south and ?Accademia? to the north and only one minute to the Alilaguna boat stop connecting the Zattere to Venice's Marco Polo Airport....Read more

Had a great time in Venice. Views on Venice arranged a water taxi for us from airport and we were met near the apartment by their agent. Everything was arranged for us seamlessly and we were easily checked in. The apartment was clean and comfortable located in a relatively quiet square very near the academia bridge. Would definitely recommend
Thank you so much for letting us know what a great time you had and very much hope to see you in Venice again soon!

After spending 4 nights at the Ca' Belle arti I would like to join the other recommendations that I've read and found to be accurate.
Upon arriving late at night we were assisted by Valentina who took the time to show everything in the house and offered detailed explanations and useful tips on Venice. We found the place in excellent condition and quite according to the pictures on the website. We'll be happy to use their most friendly services in the future.

The entire experience was one of pleasure and comfort starting with initial arrangements, meeting us at the boat landing, taking us to the apartment, and following few days later with service in the middle of our stay. The location in the center of Dorsoduro, but away from any traffic makes it very convenient and quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean, with everything in good working condition, including WiFi. We were 2 grown up couples, so two separate bathrooms were great. The apartment is probably even more convenient for family with 2 children: one bedroom is smaller and doesn't have enough of clothing storage. Overall: great location, great apartment, great service! We stayed for 9 days.

We stayed at this great place for four nights in Sept 2012, with two children. The management agents "Views on Venice" were wonderful from the booking arrangements to our departure. We arrived at night to Venice airport. On the advice of Views on Venice they booked a private water taxi that picked us up from the airport area. It was brilliant. The kids thought 'James Bond' was driving and it was one of the highlight of the trip to see Venice at night this way. We were meet at the Zattere vaporetto stop by an agent of Views on Venice who took us to the apartment, gave us all the information we needed and made sure we were ok before leaving. The apartment was perfect. It is in the Doroduso area of Venice, which is quiet and not too crowded, exactly what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms fantastic, kitchen had everything it we needed, the air conditioning worked and was very quiet and the wifi worked well. When we left Views on Venice also helped us to the vaporetto. We stayed in four apartments on this trip and this was the best.

A great apartment far enough away from the main tourist route but accessible enough to local sites.
A high standard of accomodation. Newly renovated bathrooms.
Attentive staff. The WiFi wasn't working on arrival and without any word from us they were straight on it.
Useful information on local restaurants.
Child friendly. Private Ground floor hall meant we could leave the buggy in safety.
We would stay again.

Ca' Belle arti is in a great location just behind the Zattere. It is quiet & away from the tourist crowds but at the same time, easy to get everywhere & good for waterbuses. It is quite a simple flat, the bathroom isn't much to write home about, but it is very comfortable and has everything you need and has the advantage of wi-fi, a DVD player & a washing machine, very useful for longer stays. It doesn't get much sun, which might be a real advantage in summer months! Views on Venice service was brilliant, from check-in to babysitting, to advice on restaurants, everyone was so helpful.
It was a real pleasure for us to welcome you and your family to Venice and to be of service to you during your stay at Ca' Belle Arti. I'm delighted you were able to holiday in comfort and very muchhope to have the opportunity of welcoming you back to Venice again soon!

Slightly off the beaten track, the apartment was pleasantly located in a quiet enclave, and within a short walk we found ourselves within reach of tourist spots and numerous fine eateries and convenience.
Thanks Izan, for letting us know how you got on at Ca' Belle Arti and I'm delighted that you managed to combine business with pleasure in such a successful manner. Hoping that we see you in Venice again soon.

The Ca'Belle Arti is situated close to many famous sites as Academia, Peggy Guggenheim Museum, Salute-Church, the recently opened Pinault-Art-Gallery in the old Dogana etc.; it is close to boat-stops, to the airport-water-bus, to the Academia-Bridge, close to restaurants and nice shops and to a supermarket on the Zattere -which is important if you like to use the well equipped kitchen and to do your shopping with the caddy as the Venetians do. The apartment has its own entrance in a line of Venetian buildings; the view on the neighbouring facades is very picturesque if you don't mind the laundry hanging outside, which might be very colourful..As usually in southern countries.
The rooms are spacious and well decorated, the apartment is quiet and comfortable.
We appreciated our 2-weeks'-stay very much and will definitely come again.
The Views on Venice staff is very helpful and friendly and always ready to meet your questions.
We booked with them for the 4th time and we were always satisfied.

We spent 10 days in Venice at the Ca' Belle Arti and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The apartment was in a perfect position for walking or catching the vaporetti.
We explored Venice from top to bottom and it was always good to get back to the apartment to kick off our shoes and relax.
The apartment was a great size and very quiet. The staff from Views on Venice were very professional and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a special experience.
