Description

This central and spacious apartment is located in the very heart of the Sestiere San Marco, close to campo San Luca and calle dei Fabbri. Right in between Rialto and Saint Mark's square, you couldn't be more central than that! The street is quiet, but you'll enjoy being in the middle of action: the fanciest restaurants, boutiques, cafés and the main monuments such as the Doges Palace (palazzo Ducale) and Correr museum, just to name a few, will be just around the corner.

A 135 sqm apartment sleeping 5/6, on the 1st floor of a fine, classified historical building. You'll dive into the Serenissima right after stepping after the front door!

This luxury, spacious and central flat is composed of a magnificent, spacious entrance with dining table and frescoed ceiling; a living room, a brand-new kitchen with dining table, a master bedroom with walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with shower and laundry room, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with canal view, a 2nd bathroom with shower; a guest room with a single dormeuse. Completely renovated at the end of 2011. The whole apartment has beautiful Venetian terrazzo floors.

Thinking about our guests' needs and knowing how hard it is to travel with plenty of luggage in Venice, we recently equipped the flat with all necessary items for families travelling with babies:

a cot with a good mattress, a baby-chair, a changing table, a bottle warmer, a sterilizer, a stroller, a playing mat and a few toys.

Equipment: tv, oven, fridge with freezer, cooking rings, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning.

Internet/Wi-Fi: included.
