A fine spacious residence of understated elegance - an impressively proportioned apartment for six, beautifully presented in classic style and offering contemporary appeal with period touches plus a truly enviable dual aspect covered terrace/loggia in the charming and characterful Cannaregio district.
Affording three couples privacy and room to ‘spread out’, the stylish and thoughtfully decorated accommodation is on the second floor served by lift and features attractive wooden parquet floors in most rooms plus Wi-Fi internet connection for keeping in touch.
The main sitting/dining room (dramatically painted a bold and passionate shade of red) remains light and airy courtesy of its many windows and features interesting artwork, elegantly upholstered seating, a feature fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and two full length glazed doors leading out onto the large terrace/loggia.
A perfect spot for soaking up the atmosphere or chilling out with an ‘aperitivo’ before heading out to dinner, this splendid extra ‘room outdoors’overlooks the private courtyard garden and ornamental pool with fountain of the well-regarded neighbouring Giorgione Hotel on one side (with a view of the bell tower and onion dome of the church of Santi Apostoli against the sky in the distance) and the thriving little thoroughfare named the ‘Rio Tera Dei Franceschi’ with its small cinema on the other.
To the rear of the apartment and near the main entrance hall is the modern well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room featuring sleek white units, matt black worktops and splashback and a glass-topped table with matching perspex chairs - handy for keeping your designated chef company and for grabbing ‘prima colazione’at the start of the day.
There are three delightful double bedrooms, each with a double bed which can be made into twins for added versatility (simply ask when booking) - an extremely elegant master bedroom of generous proportions, beautifully furnished with period pieces and which has its own sitting area and smart tiled bathroom in neutral tones with bathtub and shower over, an equally lovely and roomy second (also with a sitting area of its own) and a third, which although smaller, has the added benefit of a modern en-suite bathroom with shower plus direct access onto a small internal terrace. A third modern bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.
An exciting new discovery in a fabulous area, providing ideal accommodation for a larger gathering and particularly well-placed for exploring the many delights and attractions of the Cannaregio district.
A few short steps to the local ‘Coop’ supermarket for stress-free self-catering and a short walk to the Santa Sofia ‘traghetto’ gondola ferry which crosses the Grand Canal to the famous Rialto markets in the San Polo district.
A gentle stroll to the wonderful little multi-coloured marble jewel-box church of Santa Maria Dei Miracoli, the towering white facade of the I Gesuiti with its statues of the apostles and to the shops, action and eateries along the Strada Nova.
Also convenient for two vaporetto (water bus) stops - one at Fondamente Nove on Venice’s northern waterfront and the other at Ca’ d’Oro on the Grand Canal (located just next to the stunning Ca’ d’Oro)....Read more

We can't recommend Views on Venice highly enough. The service from booking to being met off the boat from the airport was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly.
The apartment was exactly as per the website details and more than lived up to our expectations - spacious, well-kept and just lovely! It has a little Co-op, local deli, wine shop and greengrocer stall right on its doorstep. Perfect! We loved it and hope to revisit in the not too distant future.

We stayed with two other couples and had a marvelous time. The apartment was comfortable and all was as described. The loggia was our favorite spot and we gathered there every day. Having a lift was a plus and made bringing luggage in/taking it out so much easier. The location was perfect - in a residential area, away from the tourist fray yet convenient to shops and restaurants as well as vaporetto stops.
Support from Views on Venice was great. Most of our questions were answered via email before our arrival and the staff support during check in and check out was good.
Note - we were given 2 sets of keys at check in. Having 3 sets would have made logistics easier during our stay.

After a long search to find a good place to stay during the Biennial I found this apartment. It was a perfect choice. The location is great, it was very close from everything yet still quite. The company that runs the property is very verrry helpful. They booked us a taxi from the airport and we payed the taxi directly. They also allowed us to get in the property 4 hours earlier with no extra charge. The place was extra clean and shiny, plenty of table where and pots. The local coop is down stares so you do not have to worry about any thing. The apartment comes with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a spacious terrace. There is internet service , and a left.
It is perfect for groups and large families..
