The apartment is located in a side street and overlook a garden. It therefore offers extremely quiet accommodation despite being just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of a lively and typical area near San Marco.
The “Silvia Suite” is located in the same building and on the same floor as the “Elena Suite”.
The two apartments can be rented individually or jointly. Taken together they offer the ideal solution for small groups of friends or families seeking the convenience of joint accommodation without having to give up their privacy.

Access to the apartment is through a hall with a characteristic, Venetian red floor.
The entrance hall leads on to a wardrobe on the left and, straight ahead to a welcoming and functional bathroom with shower.
The main room is divided into two areas:
- a dining area, incorporating a well appointed, modern kitchen (with microwave oven, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.) and a dining table that can be extended as necessary to suit the number of guests;
- a lounge area with a large, comfortable sofa that converts quickly and easily into a double bed.
A short staircase leads up to an attic room with two single beds, overlooking the lounge below. The window offers a pleasant view out over the roofs of Venice.
FURNITURE AND FITTINGS
The apartment boasts independent air conditioning for maximum comfort of guests.
Independent thermostat let you select your own ideal temperature during winter.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV and DVD player, free wi-fi.
Prices include bed linen, towels and kitchen linen (changed weekly).
A cot and baby chair can be provided free of charge on request. An intermediate cleaning service and additional linen changes are available on payment.
The flat is near the lively and characteristic Via Garibaldi in one of the most unchanged, typical areas of Venice, adjacent to the two main “Biennale” exhibition centres (Giardini and Arsenale), within easy walking distance of St. Mark’s Square and of numerous other places of artistic and cultural interest.
As it is located in a side street and near a garden, the flat is in a very quiet position.
Nearby there are numerous restaurants where you can enjoy traditional dishes to the accompaniment of background music, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, baker's and chemist's shops, banks and much more besides.
The flat is near the "Giardini" and "Arsenale" water bus stops and is therefore easy to reach whether you arrive by car, train or plane (direct connection from airport).
