This unit is across from the beach block - there are 7 houses on the beach block. There is a partial view of the ocean and boardwalk from the living room area. This is a clean and spacious 1500 square foot unit which sleeps up to 8 people and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a dining room, living room (with 2 futon beds), full eat-in kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, all amenities), laundry room with washer/dryer, air-conditioning units, outdoor shower, and off-street parking, There are TVs in all bedrooms, a large tv in the living room and small one in the kitchen, a DVD player, and 4 beach tags to use. The shared deck has a patio set/BBQ grill to enjoy the nice summer breeze. Wifi is also available for your convenience.
This unit is perfect for families with young children or the elderly who do not want to walk far to get to the beach and boardwalk. It is located on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Troy Avenue.
