“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent” What a gorgeous property! We have stayed at a number of houses around Kissimmee over the last few years, and this one is one that we definitely will look at renting again. The pool was perfect and private, the house was tastefully decorated, towels and linen were plentiful, free wi-fi was a huge bonus, and the game room was great. All the beds and furniture were comfortable. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and very understanding with all our questions and requests. The gated neighborhood was very nice and felt safe. Each Disney park was within 10-15 mins of the property. Universal about 25 mins. Walmart about 10 mins. All in all, the house was great, the location was perfect, and the owners a pleasure to deal with! Thanks

“Disney Adventure” My family and I drove from NY to this lovely house and felt right at home. We were a total of 11 and stayed for 10 days. Since the first day we booked the house the owner was attentive and responded very quickly when I wrote to him. The house was well equippped, clean and beautifully decorated. We all loved it so much!!!!

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Awesome Place to Stay!” Stayed there for a week and had an absolute ball. Villa is extremely clean and exactly as pictured on the website. We had so much fun in the pool we forgot the Villa had a pool table! Definitely booking this one again next vacation!

“Great Experience all around” This trip was a great experience all around. From booking to end of the trip Jim kept us informed every step of the way. This was our first experience booking a vacation rental and Jim helped make it a great one! He was patient and answered and addressed all of our concerns with our stay, as it was also our first time staying in Park City. Aside from the skiing he also informed us of other activities and sights to check out during our stay.

“Paradise by the beach!” 1203 is a beautiful unit with awesome views, access to two pools & hot tubs, and easy access to the Beach via a covered walkway. Very clean and well maintained and the owners were great to work with. Lots of good restaurants and shopping opportunities close by. Loved it, and hope to be able to make it my home away from home again soon!

“Beautiful condo on the ocean!” This ocean front, 16 story high, condo not only has a great view, but is so beautifully decorated on the inside as well! The location is perfect because on 99th street, you are just outside of the noisy part of Ocean City and the beaches aren't as crowded as the lower numbered streets, but you're still close enough to hop on the bus or drive to the boardwalk. The building was never crowded and it felt more like a home than a vacation destination. Besides the condo itself, the owner, Wendy, is so beyond nice and helpful with very quick communication before, during, and after the trip. I highly recommend choosing this location for a really spectacular beach trip!

“Panoramic seaview greeted us every morning” We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Minawi family's beach condo. The perspective from the large double balcony was panoramic. We had our morning coffee out on the balcony every morning to enjoy the seaviews. We found the location of this condo to be excellent for long beach walks or bike rides. The pools were clean, warm and inviting. Also New Smyrna's beachside hub: Flagler avenue with it's boutiques, shops, and cafes/restaurants is only a short walk down the beach to the north. We took that stroll every day. We are already planning our next visit.

“Perfect Fall Retreat” I used Lou's place for a wedding for my family of four. I loved the venue, which is safe, fun and beautiful. It is also conveniently located very close to the freeway. It is very well maintained and Lou is very responsive and organized. I would definitely go back. Having a place where you can cook and relax is nice and keeps you within budget. Yet, it also has the amenities of a hotel with a shuttle, front desk staff and all the fun that comes with staying at a place that is geared towards recreational activities like heated pools, yoga and even a supermarket. Thanks Lou for allowing us to have such a great time.

“Best View Ever” This was a very nice condo at the beach! Most condos only offer a view facing the beach but this unit has a clear long distance view all the way to Ft Morgan from inside the unit, the beach view and the Lagoon in the back. Windows surrounded the living room and kitchen while there were two sliding doors that opened to balconies on both sides. The condo was very nicely furnished including flat screen televisions, the property had a number of pools onsite and it was close to nice places to eat.
