This beautiful and newly renovated flat is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional Viennese historic building in a convenient location in Vienna. The flat has been fitted out with expert attention to detail and guarantees a quiet, spacious, elegant refuge during your stay in Vienna.
The large, sunny, high-ceilinged flat features a foyer, expansive, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a terrace overlooking a peaceful, green inner courtyard. Almost all the features, including the kitchen unit, queen-size bed, closets, and most of the furnishings, have been personally designed and hand-built by the architect who is renting the flat, guaranteeing the utmost in quality, function, and design. The living room also features a sofa that can be pulled out as a bed for extra guests.
With the living room and bedroom facing west and the kitchen and balcony facing east, the entire flat is flooded with a gorgeous light throughout the day. Decorated in a clean, minimalist architectural style, the flat, located in a historic building, also benefits from the traditional Viennese historical flair of its high ceilings and well-insulated walls. It has a modern and fully equipped new built-in kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, modern stovetop, and dining table, and a wardrobe, chest of drawers, in addition to a original, self-designed and self-made bed. The newly-built bathroom includes a large bathtub/shower and a bidet.
The flat also features a high-end, fully-functioning stereo system with iPod & AirPlay connection and wireless internet as well as LAN. In winter, you can curl up next to the modern, wood-burning stove, in summer, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the terrace that overlooks a lovely green garden area with many trees. In-floor and central heating and well-insulated walls and windows, which are located on both sides of apartment for a refreshing cross-breeze, guarantee a warm, cozy stay in the winter and a cool, comfortable stay in summer.
For long stays lasting a minimum of three weeks, laundry service and room cleaning can be arranged optionally. For all stays, all basic amenities, including soap, shampoo, fresh towels and linens, paper products, coffee, tea, and condiments are included.

The flat is located near the largest hospital in Vienna, the AKH, and is only a few minutes’ walk from the lively Kutschkermarkt, an originally outdoor market with gourmet organic produce, bread, and meat stands, and many inviting restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. All grocery stores are just a few meters away. Connections to the underground railway line U6 and tram line 40, 41, 42 and 43 are right around the corner. Also nearby is the Volksoper and the Liechtenstein Museum.
The centre of Vienna (Schwedenplatz - Stephansplatz - Kärntnerstraße) is only a short journey by underground or tram or 15 minutes by foot. We can also arrange for a pick-up and/or drop-off service from the airport for an additional 35 euros (one-way).
The 18. district is one of the few without general parking regulations. If you find a spot (outside of "blue" short time parking zones) you can park your car as long as you wish. There is also a 24 hour Park & Ride facility three subway stops away and costs € 3.- per day.

The apartment is located at 3 minutes walk to the U-Bahn (underground station) and 5 minutes walk to the tram station. I can take the train to the city center within 10 minutes from here. Besides, the area here is safe and quiet, I can even come back at mid-night. This is a spacious apartment and newly renovated, there is sunlight all the day. I can sit on the balcony for breakfast and enjoy the sunshine and there is a great lovely trees around. The facilities in the apartment are comprehensive: wifi, stereo, washing machine, cooking utilities...in short, all I need at home, I can find it here. The owners are a super nice couple, they are very helpful and caring. Next time when I come to Vienna, I will definitely choose this apartment again
