"A great restaurant is El Quenepo in Esperanza. It has locally grown produce and serves fresh local fish, all cooked to perfection. Another local dish is lechon or roast whole pork. This has to be ordered from from Papo at 787-741-2898. You buy it by the pound. The best bar on the island is Al's Mar Azul in Isabelle II. Fabulous sunsets and drinks."
