This perfect holiday apartment is located in the Las Violetas Urb just across from the Villamartin Plaza making it the perfect location for peace and quiet to relax but just a 2 minute walk to the Plaza with more choices then possible for food, drinks and entertainment. The apartment is ground floor with a large garden area great for sunbathing, having a BBQ or letting the kids play. The living room is spacious seating 4 easily on the comfy sofas while relaxing watching your favourite programs on the full english satellite system as wel there is free wifi. The dining area seats 4 with an additional 2 bar stools for the kitchen breakfast bar. The living room also is fitted with air-con. The kitchen is fully fitted to cater for any cooking if self catering on your holiday. Both bedrooms have twin beds with the master having an ensuite full shower room. There is also a large full family bathroom. Walk out of the garden and just down the path 200 feet is the large communal pool where you can play in the water, or relax in the sun on the grass. What makes this the perfect holiday home, simple, location and size, this is the perfect holiday apartment in the Las Violetas area of Villamartin.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor, location location location!!!! Let your In The Sun Holidays Rep help make your plans!

Getting around

There is a local bus service which will take you to the shopping mall and close to the beach, walking the rest. There are also taxi ranks as well. The best way around, should you want to venture out is a hire car with many places locally you can hire one for days or the entire holiday.

Interaction with guest

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

How do damage deposits work?
