Description

A top floor air-conditioned corner flat [no noise from upstairs] Furnished in a light and modern way. Stunning balcony with panoramic views. You can watch the sun rise, view boats, swimmers and even see the fish in the sea all from your breakfast table.

Balcony on the front overlooking the beach and sea, separate balcony off the kitchen for clothes drying. The apartment is situated at the edge of the old town 50 metres from it medieval streets and restaurants. Villefranche is the prettiest old fishing village on the Cote d' Azure.

The beach is 1 mins walk, very good for sunbathing or swimming or a day with the kids. The station is 2 mins walk and you can get a stunning train ride direct to Monaco14 mins Nice 10 mins Cannes 45 mins. Italy is only 45 mins. There are shops a few hundred yards away, and more excellent restaurants than you can visit in a fortnight.

Nothing beats the luxury of having a private driver with local knowledge. We can organise trips to vineyards, perfume laboratories, markets, chateaus, perched villages and so much more. if you decide to go for public transport the SNCF train service is excellent and on your front door to whoosh you Beaulieu, Eze, Monte Carlo, Menton and the frontier town of Ventemiglia in Italy, to the east - and Nice, Antibes and Cannes to the west. The 100 bus service between Cannes and Menton runs close by as does the 81 from Nice to Cap Ferrat. If you need any help, ......... ask !

“Wonderful apartment with amazing sea view”

Well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Separate WC to shower room which was great. Close to shops/restaurants and only 3 minutes to train station and the beach. Very helpful hosts. Communication was great. Pat arranged driver to collect and drop us back to airport.

“Delightful”

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys and have stayed in this apartment for many years and just love everything about it, its fresh, airy and has a perfect location, we are delighted with the renovations carried out in 2019 making this already perfect holiday home even better - highly recommend for families and couples !! Absolutely wonderful apartment overlooking the bay, newly renovated to a very high standard, excellent facilities, home from home, spotlessly clean, great air conditioning! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
