The house is equipped with gas heating and wood burning, gas hob and electric oven, electric oven and large wood oven in the fireplace, wood stove for heating and cooking, dishes, pots and pans, well water, bed linen, bath and kitchen, refrigerator and a large freezer, hairdryer, TV, WiFi line, iron, clothes dryer, high chair, board games and reading books, table and chairs for garden.
There are no screens on the ground floor and on the stairs, the rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan.
All the details are very accurate and reflect the typical Tuscan style ceilings with wooden beams, rustic furniture, floors, doors and wooden windows, built-in kitchen, large wood-burning oven.

The 7,000 m² garden has a part near the house destined to courtyard with chestnut and lime trees of India and part is occupied by olive trees, surrounded by an orchard where you can go and seize the fruits of season and eat it .... it's all at your fingertips!!

Vinci, which is about 1 km (15 minutes walk), is the nearest town where you can find all the shops, groceries, bar, wine, clothing, pharmacy. The nearest supermarket is located 5 Km.
In Vinci, in neighboring countries and in nearby Florence are renowned restaurants where you can sample Tuscan delicacies.
Vinci, a recommended visits to the Leonardo Museum in the Castle of the Counts Guidi, the Museum Ideale Leonardo da Vinci and the beautiful walks around Anchiano, where there is the birthplace of Leonardo. In addition, about 1 km is also the Golf Club Bellosguardo, with a 9-hole between the longest and most challenging of Italy about 6000 mt.
A Montelupo Fiorentino (15 km) is the Museum of Ceramics.
In Lamporecchio (4 Km), is the sports center "Centocampi", with a gym and indoor and outside.
In Empoli (10 km) is the tennis club.
The house is 100 meters from the bus stop to Vinci, Empoli and Pistoia Lamporecchio.
From Empoli train station you can easily reach Florence, Pisa and Siena:
trains are very high frequency, being a station of considerable importance.
By car you can get on the road Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (exit Empoli, following the
signs for Vinci); along the highway A1 exit Firenze or along the highway
A11 (Firenze-Mare) exit Montecatini Terme.
On the highway, it is easy to reach the beaches of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi) and the Apuan Alps, or the beautiful sea of the Maremma (Punta Ala, Monte Argentario). From Piombino there are ferry departures to the Elba island, and from Livorno there are ferry departures to Sardinia and Corsica.
