We stayed at Baraka Point for a company retreat and it could not have been more perfect. The accommodations are out of this world. I loved how each bedroom was it's own separate building. It's perfect, allowing the night owls to hang out in the main building without disturbing the early risers. The hospitality made us feel like total rock stars. Alan was amazingly helpful from a to Z, making appointments for us, helping us get where we needed to go and so on. Liz, the chef, was a delight and each meal was better than the last. Pad was so great at organizing things when she cleaned up our rooms that we wanted to take her with us! The attention to detail at Baraka Point is unlike anything I've ever seen, and I'm in the hospitality business! We're now spoiled for any other vacation and we can't wait to return. Thank you so much to everyone at Baraka Point for making our trip so very special.

You can believe all of the reviews posted for Baraka Point. We've stayed at several high-end villas in not only Virgin Gorda but also other islands. Baraka Point was hands down the best experience...the property, the team, the food, etc. We have nothing but positives to say about our stay and can't say it any better than the prior reviews.

Baraka point is absolutely amazing!!! The villa is perfectly located with breathtaking views from every corner of the estate. The unique scenery is unlike any other island I've visited. Baraka point has got everything covered, a relaxing pool area, beautiful beaches and the best snorkelling on the island - you never have to leave!! The staff was incredible and catered to our every need. My husband is already planning our next trip!!!

Baraka Point is about as close to perfect as any place on earth! Spacious, elegant rooms, each with it's own special and unique theme. A beautiful main house with a modern kitchen, a games room with a fully stocked bar, pool table and big screen TV, a wonderful open-air spa and multiple decks on every side of an estate on a cliffside overlooking gorgeous views. The staff are hard working and friendly, making the stay even more impeccable. I can't imagine a more wonderful getaway.

Virgin Gorda and Baraka point are a little slice of paradise. Baraka Point makes you feel like the island is all yours; with incredible views outside every door and window, private nooks for alone time and great areas for big groups. Each "hut" was special in their own way, hard to pick which one to stay in! Meghann and alan knew all the best spots to explore and were always ready with a drink in hand. Snorkeling outside Baraka was the best i've seen, even compared to the snorkel boat trip we went on - just proves there is no reason to ever leave Baraka!

We spent an amazing week at Baraka Point in January. The setting is beautiful...you look out over the Caribbean from every room. Each room is in its own "bungalow" so they are very private. the staff made the trip perfect. They are so nice, personable and there to help you in anyway but not intrusive. Meghann is the villa manager and she is so great you would like to bring her home to run your house. She is easy going, knowledgeable about the area and perfect in every way. The food was delicious and Liz, the chef, was able to make wonderful tasting gluten free food for one of our friends. I came home with lots of new recipes. I would also like to have Liz come home with me. There is a hut for massages. I had 2 massages and they were some of the best I have ever had. We walked everyday...it is very hilly, so you get good exercise. Some of us snorkeled, fished, and visited the baths. I wish I was sitting by the pool right now. I would highly recommend Baraka Point to anyone...I cant wait to go back!

Stunning views, beautifully appointed rooms, incredible food, wonderful staff whose attention to detail made this the perfect vacation. Our most difficult decision on a daily basis was whether to ride the cart down to the beach or hang by the pool enjoying the always available rum punches or painkillers. There is one large, multiple room communal area while the bedrooms are in separate, private dwellings. In addition there is a perfect space in one of the outer buildings to enjoy a massage (easily arranged by Meghann, the world's best house manager). Hiking was pretty much uphill but the spectacular view from the top helped to make it a daily activity with our group. Those of us who were into snorkling really enjoyed the areas around the villa. All in all we couldn't have had a better time and we plan to make a stay at Baracka Point a yearly experience!

We were escorted with spirits to ease a long day of travel from the International airport to an experience out of this world! The views, accommodations, and activities were endless. The main house has all amenities for a busy family to enjoy all day long. The Villas are unique, quiet and very romantic! The best thing was the wonderful staff that anticipated all of your needs, provided the most wonderful food and allowed total relaxation and family time for us! If you want a vacation where you don't have to worry about anything for your vacation except when you want to go to bed, this is it!

I just read all the other reviews and agree! I don't know how I could ever find another place as perfect as Baraka Point. The staff were incredible, made us feel part of the extended family, catered to a very diverse group and basically made the everything easy. Night snorkeling was wonderful, the baths should not be missed, kayaking was perfect and the sunsets were amazing. It goes without saying that the facility itself was amazing - even better than the pictures! Our group of 16 ranged from age 1 to 67 and everyone had a wonderful time. I just can't say enough.
I do have advise in getting there though. My group spent a few days in Puerto Rico before flying to Virgin Gorda. Half of the group took Island Birds which is a private charter and the other half took airSunshine. The difference in customer service and timeliness with Island Birds was worth many times more than the additional cost.

What an amazing vacation! Starting with the incredible staff, they were the best. Very accommodating and friendly and approachable. Josh greeted us at the airport and grabbed our bags and offered us cold drinks, beer for the adults and Gatorades for the kids! We got to the house Meg immediately referred to us by name! The house was absolutely beautiful! More than enough space to spread out and relax. Josh was so friendly and so great with the kids, ages 15, 13, 11, and 6. He very patiently taught them how to tube (6 year old), knee board and skurf! Liz's food was the best! Every meal was different and so flavorful. Each morning we were greeted with fresh pastries and fruit! We felt like we were in a fancy restaurant, only sitting by the sea. We stayed for two weeks and Pad kept up with keeping all our stuff clean and in order. She was great! She even made a curry lunch for us one day! We are so grateful for the opportunity to experience Baraka Point and even more grateful to have met such wonderful people like Meg, Josh, Liz and Pad. We will keep up with Baraka Point on Facebook! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Baraka Point has it all! A villa with too many luxurious amenities to list, surrounded by breathing cliffside views and you will not find a better staff in the BVI. Meghann, Josh, Chef Liz and Pad are the right professional team for a relaxed luxury vacation. From the moment you step off the plane and are met by the staff with a cold beverage, to the final morning, they will wow you with their attention to the smallest request, wonderful food and wine, discrete housekeeping, wellness & water activities and the unique ability to know what you may need before you ask.
With numerous spots to sneak away for quiet moments in a hammock, sunning on the private beach, snorkeling the aqua waters, or dancing on the windswept decks, this villa offers every experience and then some! There is an attention to detail and service that is so subtle you won't realize your coffee is refilled, the coolers are packed, your favorite music is playing softly, the wine is chilled and candles are lit, all without your notice.
We enjoyed cocktails in the pool with canapes served by the staff most evenings, dinner and breakfast al fresco on the covered patio and we celebrated with a wonderful sunset birthday party on the roof terrace. The staff was there for our every need, from special menu requests and outing suggestions to carting ourselves and our gear to our boat moored (at their suggestion, saving us $$$) below the villa.
The sleeping accommodations are perfect for a large group of adults or several families. Each suite offers a private bathroom, dressing area, and unique extras such as a private sun deck, outdoor shower, plunge pool, hammocks and comfy beds draped in floating gauze curtains and exotic silks the colors of precious gems. Numerous doors and windows open on to decks and gardens that whined around the suites, offering the right amount of privacy and lending an air of romance.
Our stay was unforgettable and the wonderful staff made it very memorable. Thanks you!

Booking Baraka Point for my wife's birthday was one of the best moves a husband could ever make!! We were looking for a property that offered 5 master suites and BP did not disappoint! The rooms and grounds are absolutely beautiful!!
We enjoyed every nook and cranny of the property; playing billiards, hanging in the pool, swinging in the rocks in a private hammock, hikes on the mountain, snorkeling, kayaking and just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful vistas.
Meghann runs a great villa and makes everyone happy, happy, happy!!!
Liz is a fun and amazing chef and Josh does it all!!
We will be back!!

This was our second family vacation at the beautiful Baraka Point. We were greeted at the airport and whisked away to paradise. Image spending quality time with your family with no interruption from the hussle and bussel of everyday life. Our days were spent lounging by the pool enjoying the magnicent view of the ocean. Wow what a view. The kids were able snorkel for hours while I took advantage of the spa service. Chef Liz delighted us daily with our meals. The staff was friendly, courteous and treated all of us like family! I would definetly recommend Baraka Point again and again. I do see a third time vacationing there in our future.

Never in my life have I been to a more beautiful place than Baraka point! I was completely in awe when I first arrived. The grounds and views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff at Baraka Point made us feel right at home the second we arrived. They made sure we were always taken care of and if we ever needed anything they were right on top of it. We had the privilege of having our own personal chef (Liz), bartender(Josh) and manager(Meghann) to make sure everything ran smoothly. Liz made the most amazing meals! My favorite was pizza night where she literally made 12 different pizzas from scratch! Josh made the most amazing drinks and always made sure we had a drink in hand. Every morning we would wake up to freshly brewed coffee and delicious pastries. It was awesome! You could be at Baraka Point for a week and never leave the premise. Everything you could want in a vacation was available at Baraka Point. Meghann who manages the property was so amazing and made sure we were always taken care of. Before we even arrived, she was in contact with us, making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. By the end of the trip, the staff was like family and I still keep in touch with them today. I cannot wait to go back Baraka Point, my home away from home! ?

As a Travel agent I've gotten the opportunity to travel to a lot of wonderful places around the world, but few as spectacular as the Baraka Point.
The minute after our Seaborne airlines flight from San Juan, PR to Virgen Gorda, BVI landed the exceptional experience started. After a short tour around the island we arrived at Baraka Point where we were greeted by Miss Meghann Cundall and the Executive private Chef Miss Elizabeth ( LIZ ) Ryback. We were shown all 5 villas which were spectacular; every one of them has its own charm and decoration. The rest of the complex is as awesome as one can dream; the open kitchen, the movie room, the game room with a pool table and a bar, the infinity pool with in the water laydown areas, and last but not least the Sea Deck with a perfect view to the passing sailboats. The service at Baraka Point is exceptional; Liz, Josh and Meghann are always attentive and looking for ways to better your stay. I would definitely recommend everyone that wants to visit Virgen Gorda to stay at the Baraka Point. We were the first clients to put a piece in the Jenga game. If you go, ask for it.

We've just returned from a week at Baraka Point (yes...back to reality!).
We had heard wonderful things about Baraka Point from friends who have stayed there in the past, and yet the facility still exceeded our expectations.
As for the staff...we expected a courteous and professional staff, but we never expected that we'd be making new friends!
Meghann, Pad, Liz and Josh magically turned a great vacation into a lifelong memory.
• Meghann greeted us every day with a smile and a great breakfast.
• Pad cheerfully kept the facility looking great.
• Liz fed us an endless variety of delicious treats.
• Josh was a fantastic host - from the moment we arrived at the airport to the time we left, he ensured that every aspect of our time at Baraka Point was a pure joy.
We look forward to our return - and a reunion with some of our new friends.

Our trip to VG was incredible. From the friendly, laid back island to the amazing accommodations at Baraka Point (an incredible villa which I would describe as the Caribbean meets Morocco) I couldn't have asked for a better vacation!
My top 5 villa highlights
- Sunset dinner on the 180 lower deck
- Homemade Pizza night using the onsite wood burning oven... super tasty!
- Jenga Dinners (try it out... using the large Jenga set have each person from the table take a turn placing the block from the bottom to the top ... hours of dinner fun!)
- Drinking delicious tropical drinks in the pool
- Playing pool and Karaoke in the media room - Party in the USa was a classic!
Top 5 VG highlights
- The Baths & Devil's Bay... Simply gorgeous
- Dinner at CocoMaya... Trendy and delicious
- Snorkeling near Mosquito Island followed by lunch at Saba Rock
- Drive up to a spectacular viewpoint with lunch at Hog Heaven - try to pulled pork.
- Trip on the Soverign to Jost van Dyke for lunch at Soggy Dollar's - watch out for those Pain Killers.
