Easy walk to the beach with direct beach access path beside you, private pool, hot tub, and convenient location combine to help you make great memories for the entire family. Bonus for kids: Fenced back yard with grassy play area by pool...what a treat at the beach! Three levels of professionally decorated living areas give you room to relax and spread out with high end finishes throughout. The top level allows the whole family to relax, enjoy the ocean breezes on the deck to prepare and eat meals all together with ample seating in a fresh, cool beachy design. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Cooking for a crowd is a breeze with ample countertop space,two dishwashers and 2 full size refrigerators on the top level.. There are two workstations with sinks and the bar has ample space for extra help with meals or dining. The great room has a 52 Inch LCD TV, surround sound and deck access. Coming off season? The electric fireplace gives a warm ambiance to your stay. The house has two levels of decking on the front and back with second level wrap around deck on one side. All bedrooms are master suites with LCD TVs.
Ground level is where the action is! Rec Room has separate billiards area with kitchenette, 42 Inch Smart LCD TV, a poker/game table and access to poolside patio. Two levels of decking overlook the crystal clear pool and there is room to sun and relax on the carefully manicured pool deck area while the kids play in the grass of your fenced back yard.. Poolside hot tub in the patio area and exterior speakers to listen to your beach playlists. This will be where you spend most of your time with the convenient poolside cabana complete with a refrigerator, storage and bar seating.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
