"If it's the good things in life that put smiles on faces and memories in the hearts of your family and friends, then The Good Stuff is perfect for you. Nestled among dancing sea oats and soft sand dunes, The Good Stuff provides a fully appointed home base for your beach vacation. You will feel right at home in this subtly coastal themed cottage and you will thrill at the oceanfront viewing of dolphins, pelicans and sandpipers.
The most amazing view of the ocean greets you at the top of the stairs. One of the nicest features of this tranquil coastal home is the large ocean-side windows which provide expansive ocean views from virtually anywhere in the great room, dining room and kitchen. High cathedral ceilings and clerestory windows enhance the open beachside feel.
The large great room offers two gathering areas, one perfect for quiet “family time” and the other for watching a movie or sporting event on the 47 inch Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray. Handsome hardwood floors adorn both the dining area and the breakfast bar, while the beautiful kitchen with quartz counters, state-of-the-art appliances, and 2 sinks make preparing your meals a quality, family affair. You will feel like you are on the beach in the bright and cheerful sunroom and it will be a favorite spot for reading, napping or enjoying that first morning coffee. Five beautiful bedrooms are tastefully furnished and provide views of the ocean. The downstairs den, with a game table and the Wii system, provides a perfect spot for kids of all ages to play games of all types. And the converted garage offers more indoor fun with both ping pong and foosball tables, couches and chairs. The multi-level ocean-facing decks offer both sunny places to soak up the sun’s rays, and shady areas to doze in hammocks.
Central Air throughout except for converted garage, CCTVs including 47 inch flat screen with Blu-Ray DVD, wireless internet access, I-Pod docking stations, Wii Game with Sports Package, two full refrigerators, ping pong, foosball, gas grill, sun room, outside hot and cold shower. Beautiful views from interior sitting area..nice deck space... baths a bit limited for 10-12 guests, outdoor shower does help but has no light...well stocked kitchen...very limited lighting areas for reading...no waste baskets in baths...bunk beds were designed for young children ( a fact not noted in property description) and so we lost use of four beds!!! All in all..disappointed in property...Ragan phillips

I stayed here with my parents, in-laws, husband, and our baby girl in mid-September 2012. The house itself was fabulous. Gorgeous Ikea kitchen with everything we needed. We enjoyed the open living area, multi-level deck with gas grill, and game room. The bathrooms were very dated but worked fine. The a/C worked great. Our only complaint was that the rental agency failed to tell us that the Virginia Dept. of Transportation closed 2 out of the 3 bridges/tunnels to Virginia Beach that weekend, resulting in a disaster of a drive. Cars were parked along the highway until 1 am. We ended up getting a hotel for our first night, as we could not sit in traffic for 6+ hours. This was a planned maintenance, and we would have appreciated the agency informing us of this ahead of time. Because they did not, our vacation started on a very sour note.

The service we received was excellent. We had some ants in the kitchen upon arrival and they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. We loved the home. I was extremely impressed by how clean everything was. We came at the end of the season and the house looked amazing. We loved that we had a table large enough for all of us to sit and eat dinner around. The outdoor shower was great. We loved our location to the beach. The only issue we had was the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and is long overdue for replacement. It was honestly the most relaxing and beautiful vacation we've ever had :) We are planning on booking again for this year. We do love this house and it has all the amenities that we need. However, upon looking we see that there are bigger homes that offer more for the same rate as The Good Stuff.

Perfect beach house for families. Great layout. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Sandbridge Realty offered excellent service. We truly enjoyed the beach as it was perfectly located. ie not near public beach access so we had the beach to ourselves even on July 4th weekend. Only negatives were 1) the bathrooms, although, clean could use a reno (very dated)and 2) the bunk in the basement needs to be replaced or fixed. The top bunk was a little wobbly and the underneath padding was loose. (This was July 2012 - it may have been fixed by now).
