Flat for rent in centre Viterbo: two rooms , living room and five sleeping accommodations.
The apartment is in the historical centre of Viterbo, next to the “San Carlo” University and 600 metres away for the Papal Palace: walking from the Palace to the apartment you will most certainly enjoy the medieval atmosphere of the surroundings. Free WIFI.
The apartment resembles a small and elegant mansion; it is on one level, entirely renovated and includes: master bedroom (king size bed); bedroom with a “boiserie” bed (that can be turned in a queen size bed); big living room with cooking corner; bathroom.
Furnished with: washing machine, television, fridge, electric oven, linen, towels, cleaning cloths, glasses and dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, hair dryer and coffee maker.
Although you will find everything you need just a few steps from the apartment (bars, grocery and tobacco shops, etc), the neighbourhood is very quiet, ideal if you are looking to spend a holiday full of relax, art and culture in a cosy and friendly environment.
Attractions/amenities nearby:

Affitto l'intero appartamento di 2 camere e soggiorno con 4 posti letto. Sito nel centro storico di Viterbo adiacente l'Università San Carlo, a 600 mt dal Palazzo papale una piacevole passeggiata tra vicoli e scorci suggestivi che fanno rivivere il periodo medioevale. La piccola ed elegante Dimora, completamente ristrutturata, è disposta su un unico livello ed è composta di una camera da letto matrimoniale, di una cameretta con letto boiserie con la possibilità di diventare matrimoniale, di un soggiorno luminoso con angolo cottura e di un bagno. Dotata di lavatrice, tv, frigorifero, fornetto elettrico, biancheria, asciugamani, canovacci, piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, phon e macchinetta del caffè. Connessione WIFI gratuita.
Comoda per ogni esigenza,si trovano nelle vicinanze bar, alimentari, tabacchi e prodotti di prima necessità.
La Dimora delle Terme è in una zona tranquillissima, ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax, dell'arte e della cultura, in un ambiente familiare ed accogliente. Nelle vicinanze si trovano molte attrattive:
le terme dei Papi, convenzionate con noi, distano a soli 4 km (5 minuti di macchina);
Il Golf Club di Viterbo a 7 Km;
Il circuito internazionale di go-kart a 10 km.

“Una bella rampa di scale....”
Appartamentino nella norma con un bagno, però, da ritoccare specialmente la doccia. Però....la rampa di scale dovrebbe essere descritta caso mai dovesse prenotare un invalido.

“Relax alle terme”
Dopo una giornata alle terme ci siamo fermati presso questo b&b. Davvero bello, a pochi passi dalle terme.buona colazione con dolci fatti in casa, molto cordiale il personale!

Per quanto riguarda la cucina è ben specificato che si tratta di un angolo cottura, evidenziato anche dalle fotografie; stesso dicasi per il bagno dove le fotografie sono dimostrative degli spazi.
