This lovely detached former vicarage close to the village of Peterchurch near to Hay-on-Wye and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.The Old Vicarage is a lovely detached former vicarage situated close to the village of Peterchurch and just ten miles from Hay-on-Wye in Herefordshire. The cottage can sleep twelve people in two king-size double bedrooms with en-suite, one ground floor twin, one single and one family room with one double bed and one single together with two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and woodburner and sitting room. Outside is ample parking and large gardens with furniture and BBQ. The Old Vicarage is a perfect holiday home for a large group of family or friends.

Electric Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, piano, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Private gardens with patio, furniture, selection of garden games and BBQ. Table Tennis Table, football goal and climbing frame. Private Hot Tub and Sauna. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £30 per booking payable direct to owner on arrival. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and bistro 2 miles. Note: There is a single step up to the front door. Note: Mobile phone reception in the area is limited.

Region: Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Town: The village of Peterchurch, with its handful of pubs and restaurants, is situated on the River Dore in the beautiful Golden Valley, flanked by the Black Mountains to the west and gentle hills to the east.
