This lovely stone-built terraced cottage is situated in the village of Waddington near Clitheroe and sleeps three people in two bedrooms.88 Regent Street is a superb stone-built terraced cottage situated in the village of Waddington, two miles from Clitheroe. This cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and a second floor single, together with a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there's a patio with furniture and parking is available 60 yards away on the square on a first come, first served basis. 88 Regent Street is a delightful base with lots to see and do in the area.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free parking on the square 60 yards from cottage on first come, first served basis. Patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Post Office/shop 1 min walk, three pubs 3 mins walk. Note: Due to the steep, narrow stairs open with no door to the single bedroom on the 2nd floor and the uneven cobbled street outside, this property may not be suitable for the less mobile. Please Note - This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150
