Welcome to Waterside! This stylish modern riverside home offers great accommodation and is located just yards from the waters edge giving superb views. Just imagine waking up and strolling along the river bank to the local baker to collect your freshly baked croissants for breakfast and enjoying them outside on the balcony overlooking the river in the morning sunshine. Later, perhaps explore the beautiful woodland on foot or take a cycle ride along the famous Camel trail right outside the door towards Padstow and the Sea.
Waterside has a large lounge upstairs to make the most of the wonderful views. Free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, DVD, CD/Cassette player and Radio are all provided for your enjoyment.
Also upstairs is the main Double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and Hairdryer.
On the ground floor, there is a twin room with river views and two single beds (which can be converted to a further double upon request). There is also a further single bedroom. There is also the main bathroom with bath, shower etc. The hallway leads to a separate utility room with Washing Machine and ironing facilities (an outdoor clothes line is also provided).
The kitchen/dining room is very well equipped including a Fridge/Freezer, ceramic hob cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Waterside is in a fantastic location. Just opposite the property are a Cricket Pitch, excellent Chidren's Playground and Tennis courts accessible within minutes via a footbridge. Recently, a salt marsh has been recreated close to the property which adds to the wildlife viewing opportunities from the balcony. Waterside is adjacent to the Camel Trail; a disused railway which provides up to 17 miles of wonderful level cycling or walking. Cycles can be hired locally or you could bring your own and store them safely in the enclosed garden. The most popular is the scenic 6 miles down stream from Wadebridge to Padstow as the estuary snakes it way towards the sea. Or why not take a trip in the other direction and visit the Award winning Camel Valley winery and perhaps enjoy a glass of fizz and olives overlooking the vineyard? There is also ample fishing in the area.

Enjoying sitting out on the balcony with views across the river. There is also a back patio garden that was nice to sit out in. Wadebridge is a very short walk away with plenty of eating places, particularly around Foundry Court. With the Camel Trail on the front door step we ended up going for a walk instead of more common cycling. Waterside has great facilities and all were as expected. Looking to rebook for next year!

We had visited Wadebridge before so we knew that there was excellent cycling along the river Camel trail and good local restaurants. We stayed during school term so the trail and town was relatively quiet. 5 miles to Padstow is just enough to earn yourself a coffee and cornish yeasty bun... so we did this about 3 times a day! The holiday home overlooks the river (lovely view) and is literally 5 mins walk from Wadebridge shops and restaurants (particularly useful as one of us is disabled). The house facilities were great...everything we needed. Booking and follow-up all very quick and efficient. No children with us this time, but I think the beach at Padstow would be a hit with younger families!
