INFORMATION REGARDING TODDLERS & CHILDREN:

Our bedding arrangement and casual dining furniture are not designed for toddlers & children. We will refer you to crib & highchair rental company.

The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers and children. Keep toddlers & children away from the balconies. Keep balcony doors locked at all times.

HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING SERVICE: All vacation rentals do not have daily housekeeping service. The one-time cleaning fee is to pay the cleaning company to service the unit after your stay.

PARTY EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit parties or similar events for that purpose to be held.

NO PARKING COMES WITH THIS RENTAL: All the units at the Ilikai does not come with a parking. The guest directly pay the IIikai Valet Parking $45/day with in-out privileges available 24/7.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Due to unforeseen emergencies including personal, medical, inclement weather, airlines cancellation, etc., you may need to postpone or cancel your vacation. We recommend that you obtain a Travel Insurance Plan, as we have cancellation policies to comply with.
