Great accommodations! Comfortable and clean - just a hop skip and a jump away from a great beach. Chairs, beach mats, beach towels on hand - quiet property. Perfect hideaway for our honeymoon! We will definitely be back :)

Palms at Wailea is well maintained with attractive grounds.
Unit 1204 has an excellent position with views over the gardens, good view of the ocean and close enough to the pool but far enough away not to be affected by the noise.
The unit appears to be in its original condition and desperately needs upgraded e.g the counter top stove, tile (needs replacing), exposed concrete on the lanai (should be tiled), bathtub in the master needs to be replaced, and overall the unit needs to be painted.
The second bedroom should also have an air conditioner because this unit does not get the advantage of the winds.
The patio furniture needs to be replaced the cushions were very dirty, and there should be two loungers.
Unlike other properties we have stayed in, there were no board games.
Positives include an excellent floor plan with a very accommodating layout for 4 - 6 guests; there are a new dishwasher and a new oven; BBQ was quite new; key-less entry; and excellent parking.
Rentals Maui were exceptionally responsive to our questions and requests and very professional.
We would certainly come back to Palms at Wailea but would select a renovated unit.

Had a very enjoyable stay. As discussed with you had no air conditioning and dishwasher was broken. You were gracious enough to reimbuse us so that made things right. The view compensated us for the inconvience and I would definitley stay with you again.

We have stayed at the Palms for the last 3 years and have really enjoyed the central location, beauty of the gardens, and the quiet atmosphere. The management team at Rentalsmaui is first class: very profession, friendly, helpful, and reliable. We have traveled a lot and would rank the experience as one on the best.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms and look forward to staying there again in the future. Our unit had a better view of the ocean than I had expected and it looked out on a beautiful lawn and pond. It was convenient to the pool but far enough away to be quiet. The spacious outdoor deck had a very nice propane powered grill. The deck had full sun in the morning so it was more comfortable to be out there later in the afternoon. The unit was light and spacious with good air circulation when the windows and doors were open; we never turned on the air conditioning (which was only in the master bedroom) even though the temperatures were in the low 80's during the day. The pillow top mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for my husband's back so we slept on the queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and it had a comfortable firm mattress. The unit was well supplied, including a bodysurfing board, beach towels and beach chairs -- and soap for the washing machine, cascade for the dish washer, etc. We also liked the keyless entry, the internet and the general location of the property. It was only a short drive to several beaches and about a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. Will will recommend the Palms enthusiastically to our friends.

All in all this was a very nice and quite place to stay. I was happy with everything this condo had to offer. The only bummer was the Shower head in the master bath. It was old and needed replacing, the calcium build up clogged it up!

1) We ate outside and there were bird droppings all over the deck railings and the dining table was not clean. We would be more that glad to clean it if there had been a brush to do that.
2) The sheets on the master bed were soured. We had to change them before we could sleep on the bed our first night. It was fine after changing them.
3) We enjoyed the stay and hope to come back. You accomodations were nice and we certainly found your booking service very accomodating. We will recommend you to others.

The condo worked well for our family as we could cook and barbecue on the deck. It was a little walk to the beach but the privacy in the complex was wonderful. The Rental Manager was great to work with.

We have stayed at the Palms in Wailea quite a few times and in several different units. Unit #1204 had a nice view of the ocean and the table on the lanai easily fit the 5 of us. The unit is looking a little bit "tired" though. Several of the kitchen cabinet doors won't shut and the unit could use some updating. The TV's were old and the one in the bedroom had a humming noise and distorted picture. We initially did not have internet access but a modem was eventually brought to us after we complained so that we were able to have internet on the 2nd week of our vacation.
Overall, we like the location and the spacious condo's. With the increasing cost of rent, however, the units should be
updated. The grounds and pool area are also beautifully maintained and spacious.

Though there are many options in the area, the Palms at Wailea is a case of value for money being equalled. Our recent stay contained a few issues, headed largely by small insects that is a part of life in the area. A service request to fix a shower head problem resulted in an immediate response, but sadly no follow-up. A bigger issue was the fact that the inventory of kitchen utensils was woefully inefficient. A unit of this calibre and price point should, for example, contain place mats. Our unit could also probably use a coat of paint; we had stayed in this complex previously and some of the units have not kept with the times; rentor beware. But the complex is in the middle of paradise; it's tough to go wrong.

We stayed in unit 1204. It had the best layout of any unit we've stayed in at the Maui Outrigger Palms. It has better views of the Ocean than we expected. We watched whales from the lani every day.
We had a great stay.
