We absolutely loved this condo. Since we were here for a wedding, many members of our family stayed in the various condos and 1105 was the best! Awesome view of the ocean from the front window, kitchen and patio. Very nicely furnished with quality furniture and art. We will be back for sure!

We are so extremely thankful we were able to locate this wonderful property for our family vacation. Right from the start, the property management company was very prompt and professional. This not only occurred during the booking process but also while we were there. The home is more than just warm and inviting, it was comfortable and had all the amenities to make this vacation relaxed and so enjoyable. The location, view, pool and condo really made our vacation special.

We opened the door & thought, it's as beautiful as the pictures. Then we opened the windows, stepped onto the lanai & knew, it was even better. The property is well-situated and appointed, comfortable & convenient. It was a perfect rental for our foodie tribe. A pleasure to cook in the kitchen & the grill. We hope to return soon! Many thanks!

The condo we stayed in was located in a great location. The rental was upto dated with all the necessities for eating in. It was nice that the condo supplied beach chairs, towels, and cooler. Nice Lanai to watch the sunsets.

We stayed in unit #1105 for 5 days on a trip to Maui this last week. We had not previously stayed at the Palms but we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being very close to Kihei for groceries, restaurants and other needs. It was a short walk down the hill to a nearby beach or a short drive to some of our favorite beaches such as Big Beach in Makena and Wailea beach. The pool and hottub were good and the grounds of the Palms were well maintained. The unit itself was nicely updated. Really every space had very nice finishes with granite countertops, slate tile, stainless steal appliances - all of it, very nice. The space was much bigger than we expected. The master bedroom was large with direct access to the Lanai and the master bathroom was very nice. Our young children stayed in the second bedroom which has its own bathroom. A previous poster complained that this second bedroom had a series of sliding doors that separated it from the main living area - this was a plus of us as it allowed better circulation to the bedroom and the option of closing off the room at night. The unit also had ammenities for the beach including a series of nice foldable chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked (and had many spices, but not sugar) and had all the necessary appliances. The gas grill on the lanai was a bonus we did not expect, but appreciated. The only complaints we have are minor - the washer/dryer was very loud, the blinds in the second bedroom did not allow the room to get very dark, so it made naps for our kids a bit of a challenge, and the bed in the master was a little too firm for us and all the pillow coverings were stiff. That being said, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great place, well priced and all the things you need on vacation.

We loved this unit! The unit was updated and clean and the view was wonderful. It was a non-smoking unit which was great, but I wish there was no smoking on the entire property because a neighbor would smoke on his lanai.

This condo is well equipped and exceptionally clean, with a nice view to the ocean. We saw whales breaching from the lanai! One bedroom has two single beds (a queen would be nice) and is separated from the main living area by sliding louvered panels (a wall would be better). Overall, a terrific spot and a good value.

The Palms at Wailea #1105 is a very well-appointed, nicely-remodeled unit. The location was perfect for us; we often go into Kihei but also like the beaches in Makena, and this location is very convenient to both. The condo complex is nice - not as opulent or luxurious as some in Wailea/Makena, but not as expensive either. All in all a good value. The unit itself is a nice layout and has been nicely furnished and appointed. Also, the photos don't do justice to the ocean view. It's a bit better than they make it look. In summary, this unit is an excellent choice for a couple or a small family.

We stayed in unit #1105 at Palms at Wailea from Feb 15 to 25, 2010. It was wonderful. The unit was very well maintained, lovely, and had everything we needed. The living room view of the ocean gave us picture perfect views of gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. The lanai was wonderful with sun and light breezes. The location was perfect. We loved it.

The Palms at Wailea #1105 was remarkable. Has everything you need; and then some. Fabulos location; away from the hustle and bustle; but close enough to beach and stores when you want. Could watch the whales jumping from the lani in the morning and watch the sun set in the evening. Very Relaxing! I Pod station a plus! The decor and amenities were top notch! Communication through Caldwell Ilsand Properties was quick and precise. Thank You
