Description
Our lovely 2 bedroom, air-conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth (newly built 2016). A fantastic brand new kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious lounge area, outdoor patio area with table and chairs and BBQ, swimming pool(with solar heating and solar blanket), makes this an ideal retreat for couples and small families.The new home has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay in Perth as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Attached but separate from our new home, Sunrise Retreat is a completely self contained with its own garage, garden, and access to our stunning sparkling new pool which is shared with our family and our guests.
Sunrise Retreat has 2 spacious comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles. For an additional child I can make up the camp bed , or cot if you have a little one. There will be an extra charge of $50 for this payable on arrival. Please make this clear on your booking if you have 5 staying (not available for 5 adults).

Benefiting from evaporative air conditioning throughout the home, the lounge area has two quality sofas, coffee tables, digital television, dvd player, desk, chair and light for working on your laptop.The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and acrylic worktops, splash backs , decent fan oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, (and additional fridge freezer in garage), kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with individual bedside lights and cabinets, and a large wardrobe. Bedroom two is fitted with two single beds, complete with bedside light and cabinets, and built in wardrobe. The new bathroom has a shower, wash basin with large mirror, cabinet and toilet. Sliding glass patio doors lead from the main bedroom to a patio area with table and chairs and a barbecue to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the enclosed pool area. A welcome complimentary package is provided with tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, butter, spreads, sugar.

We have been swimming in the pool most days now that the weather has warmed up(November), and the pool is lovely and warm so I hope you and your family will enjoy it next time you come to stay. There is direct access from the back patio garden through the pool fence gate so it is all safe for your children. I'm glad to say the warm weather seems to have got rid of the millipedes as well.
