This detached cottage is near Rushlake Green and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Wood Glen Cottage is a detached cottage in the heart of the Sussex countryside just 1.5 miles from Rushlake Green. The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with sitting area and woodburner together with conservatory with dining area and French doors. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio area with furniture. Situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wood Glen Cottage is a lovely romantic cottage from which to explore this part of the country.
Amenities: Electric central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Shared use of a quarter acre of flower meadow with pond and orchard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile away. Note: Mobile reception can be limited. Note: Babes-in-arms only.

The village has a friendly local shop and several pubs nearby serving delicious food, all within easy driving distance. Nearby, the small market town of Heathfield offers a selection of shops and eateries, and is home to an annual agricultural show in May, and a French/English market day in August.
