This was my friends and I first time to la to visit a friend that just moved there. The location of this rental was great, we seemed to be only a couple of miles from Hollywood and Beverly Hills and were around a lot of resturants. The place was clean and I liked how they had an informational folder right when you walked in, which gave you instructions on how to check out, instructions on the TV, and even mentioned hot spots, while in la. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend aE properties to my friends.

As such apt was located in centre of residental area of la near Hollywood close to pretty much everything. However I didn't see any underground nearby (we drove around) & while booking be aware of the public transport. As far as apt goes we were welcomed by a lady around 10pm even though we were late because of traffic while coming from LV. So hats off to the lady who waited for us patiently. Apt was tidy & in working condition except main bedroom aC was not so effective but weather was around mid 20's so manageable. Rooms were spacious & large enough for 2 people per room. Really not much to complain except may be it was pricey (you have to accept that in centre of la). This apt does not have a pool is only downside. Next time I would love to have one in la as city itself is boring for a visitor. One more thing car parking was large enough for small SUV & anything larger than that may be a struggle. Overall it was good experience & would recommend it someone who are willing to drive in la.
