“Best Vacation Ever!” My family and I stayed at Point Of View Villa last Christmas. We had a fantastic time! The Villa was beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was wonderful to find a place away from all the tourist traps and high prices, but still be able to take short trips to see many of Jamaica's attractions. My family and I are definitely coming back! Having our own private cook was great, we all loved her cooking and professional service, it was more than we had hoped for. We have stayed other places and this was by far the best. The owner was very helpful advising us. Highly recommended!!!

“Wow!” We stayed as a family of 6 adults in September & had the time of our life! Andy the owner is really easy to do business with & communicates well. The location is superb with its own small private beach as well as an infinity pool. The grounds are spectacular with fruit trees, abundant flowers and many different species of birds. The housekeepers (Dion & Lilly) are superb cooks & hosts, their food was top drawer restaurant standard the whole time we were there. Karon the caretaker / gardener is an interesting guy & is really knowledgeable when it comes to the plants in the garden. Mervyn provided the night security which was discreet & appreciated. We are already saving hard to go again next year (but for longer)! Thank you andy & the team!

“Heaven on EARTH!!!!” After reading numerous reviews I went into this rental with a very open mind especially after such positive interactions with the owners Kevin & Lisa. They communicated effectively regarding any and all transactions, support while staying there, as well as overall feedback needed at any timeframe. Upon arrival Dale was awesome as well as security which was above and beyond and helpful. The property itself left me speechless. There are updates throughout and I never felt that I lacked anything that any resort had to offer ; in fact there were more amenities; i.e. washer/dryer, surplus of dishes, numerous satellite channels, SONY IPOD, overall comfortable home setting. The residential area was quiet, peaceful and the beach amazing. The condo was stocked with more than enough linens & towels and I have never felt so much at "home" away from "home". Cabs are plentiful and it is about a 5-10 minute to town etc. but if you truly want to relax, avoid the busy day/nightlife escape to this rental and then venture out for the above. You have my word you will NOT be disappointed. I am definitely looking into renting again and I will also post pictures as well as video on my YouTube page: C Dioume

“Home away From Home” This was a family trip. It was four adult women and 3 adult men. We stayed September 14-17 and had a wonderful time at Llantrissant. Ms. Anne, Ms. Paulette, Danny, Benjie, Charma and Barry were all very professional and very accommodating, by the time we left they felt like family. Ms. Anne and Ms. Paulette prepared excellent meals. The house was homey and we all felt right at home. It's an older house but very well kept along with the landscape and beach area. The veranda (which is were we spent most of our time while we were at the house) provided for an excellent view. We loved having the private beach area. Charma (and Barry) walked the yard at night and made us feel very safe. I was a little nervous because you really don't know what to expect when you're communicating through email and over the phone. But Craig and afua were patient with me and answered all of my questions and as soon as we got to Llantrissant the staff put us all at ease. They welcomed us with open arms. We look forward to returning in the future!!

“Holiday Home” My daughter and I rented this really beautiful villa. Angie collected us from the airport and kindly took us shopping to get some food to tide us over until we picked up our rented car. The house smelled fresh as we walked in. The lounge is spacious with three and two seater settees, coffee table and a large smart TV on the wall. The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms that was much appreciated as it was sometimes 35 degrees outside. Bedrooms have TVs on the wall. There is a large round thick glass dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine that my daughter thought wonderful as she used it often. Everything is as described in respect of this villa. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return when next in Jamaica. Another thing we thought wonderful is the automatic gates - no getting out and opening the gate - just press the remote control, drive in and park! The security company checked the house and left a note to say they have been round. We felt very safe at the villa. If you do not rent a car, Bouge taxis can be found who will take you where you want to go or ask Angie. There is a very smart car for rental should you need it at the villa. We did not hire this car as we had previously booked a 4 x 4 to take us cross country to St. Catherine and other areas that had rough terrain. We were not bothered by anyone - complete freedom. “Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa is a fantastic getaway in Montego” My family booked with Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa through their website which we find very easy to book on. We saw their advert on Tripadvisor and Flipkey and after reading all their reviews which were all excellent we made the decision to book with them. We were picked up at the airport by their company Paradise Palms Jamaica Tours and taken to the Villa which was approximately 8 minutes away. We met Carol the Villa housekeeper who showed us around the villa and soon we were aware where everything was around the villa. There were 6 of us in our family and we had 4 bedrooms to share which worked fine for us all. The Villa was very clean and quite spacious and we spend our week when we are at the villa either at the back using the BBQ or on the very large verandah. All of us loved this villa and believe this will be our place to stay when we next visit Jamaica. We just want to thank all staff and management at Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa Montego Bay, Jamaica and we will definitely be back soon.

“Life Changing” I stayed at Silent water's villa with my family some years back. I must agree that the feeling when you first arrive at this villa is the most special aspect. When we arrived at the villa, the full staff of about 10 people were uniformed, in a row and waiting the greet us! When our guests walked into the main entrance of the property, they were completely blown away. We occupied the entire space, including the owner's suite, and it was an experience that has put a positive outlook on our lives ever after! If you have the chance, stay at Silent Waters.

“Looks exactly like the pics.” I would stay here every trip to Mo Bay!!! The owner met me at the airport on time, was friendly and offered a ride. Since I already had a ride we followed him to the property. If I was not with a local I would of got lost for it was several twist and turns before entering the locked gates of the property. Close drive to everything. The neighbors were friendly. As I entered the 3rd floor apartment it felt like home. Every room looks like the pictures posted. We were provided pots, utensils, plates, drinks (liquor), wifi, cable, stereo system, telephone, linens, basically everything as if you were home except for food. Ac is only in the master bedroom however there was a breeze during the day (please note I traveled in October when it is much cooler in Jamaica). The first day I took a cold shower but the rest of the days I had hot water. I like nice views and I could see the ocean from the living room. Thanks Ian!!!
