We spent four days in the flat in Feb 2012, The place is modern and at the same time very cozy and warm. Kitchen area was connected to the living room which makes the place look more open. The kitchen was fully equipped. You could say whom furnished the place had good taste and had an attention to detail. (Black granite and cherrywood finish) Heated bathroom floors were pleasant especially being winter. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna which was only 20 meters from the flat. We also enjoyed that it was close to Whistler Village, Starbucks and French Creperie
Recently we had the pleasure or dealing with Kevin Kaban regarding his town home at Glaciers Reach. This was supposed to be for the extended stay for the winter season 2012/2013. Unfortunately on this occasion it did not work for us to move forward in this booking however in every dealing we had with Kevin he was professional, honest, informative and more than reasonable with his pricing for this stylish modern town home. What initilally attracted us to the presentation and furnishings and finish, it was far superior to all others we had looked at. We are sad to have missed the opportunity to stay on this occasion but would highly recommend his condo and we will be referring this on to other travelling friends.
What a great location! The IGA supermarket and BC Liquor stores are less than a 2 minute walk away, with another supermarket located in the village square just another 5 minutes more. The hot tub is directly outside the rental, and although it is a shared facility I rarely saw anyone else using it. In the mornings the lifts are less than 10 minutes walk away through the attractive village trail or a 1 minute bus ride. The bus stop is just across the road and is free if you get on the right one (Number 4). The rental is extremely clean, up to date and stylish so It was never a chore having a night in. All in all I would recommend this rental to anyone and would be using it again on a return to whistler.
Stayed at the townhome Feb 6-9, 2012. Had a great stay. Convenient location one block away from Whistler square. Updated appliances. Well maintained and clean. Ground floor is nice for luggage haul. Pool/Jacuzzi right outside the door. Gas fireplace and adjustable lighting, nice touch for evening relaxation. Looking forward to next year.
Loved the location and ground level. Liked the idea of being in the Hub of the village. Was able to walk everywhere. Easy access to Restaurants and the Grocery store. Liked the cleanliness, the bedding towels, everything was exceptionally clean. Really liked the idea of the master bedroom having a separate entrance to the outside and that way while staying with my daughter and her friends they could come and go as they pleased and more so in the morning while getting up early I didn't feel as though I had to tip toe around the place.

Our condo is located at the north edge of the Whistler village and close to the ticket center and main gondola.
From the condo It takes approx 9-11 minutes to walk to the main gondolla and ticket center .
Bus # 4 runs every 7 minutes during the ski season to the gondolla and ticket center. The bus stop is 30 seconds from the townhomes back door. Two minute bus ride.
Bus # 4 runs every 15 minutes during the summer. and off season.

The rates posted do not include 5% Government sales tax.
Rates are based on sound financial planning. We expect to achieve a fair and reasonable profit to ensure proper upgrades and maintenance of our townhome and to further assure that our guests, associates, cleaning and small maintenance team will be offered a long term benefit of this small business. $ 40 pet cleaning fee for guests booking with pets.
A damage deposit of $ 400 is added to your final payment. Pending there is no damage on inspection the deposit is returned to your provided home address via cheque. Damage deposit cheques are written on the 10th of each month and sent to you via house mail to the provided home address. Unfortunately there is not a system in place to apply the damage deposit back on your credit card. $40 Pet fee is deducted from your return damage for guests with pets.
Note.United states residents are charged a $400 damage deposit in Canadian funds and $ 400 in Canadian funds via cheque is returned after their stay.
