Description

The Granary is a two story barn conversion set on the owners small holding two miles from Whitby in the North York Moors National Parks.

The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one kingsize double and a twin room.

The cottage also has a open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

Outside there is parking for each cottage, patio with seating, a large graveled area and a huge grassed lawn.

The Granary is an ideal holiday home for families with loads of things to see and do in the area.

There are also further cottages on the same site which is idea to rent all cottage for large groups.

Please note this cottage has one family bathroom and one downstairs cloakroom only.

EV charging is available on site.

“Home away from home and a lovely place to stay for a few days.”

The Granary Cottages are perfectly situated just outside Whitby in a picturesque rural setting with beautiful sea views. It is very convenient for the delightful town of Whitby. The dwelling we stayed in was clean, well designed and equipped with everything visitors need for a very comfortable stay away from home.

Amazing place, host thought of everything. Would thoroughly recommend. Easy access to all local tourist sites and immaculate inside the cottage. Welcome hamper on arrival too. Didnt want to come home!

“Great Accommodation, Great Location!”

Stayed with the family (2 adults, 2 kids) for the week. The accommodation is perfect and had everything we need for a family with small children (7 & 5 years old) the cottage was clean and had all the necessary mod cons I think you would need. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and gave nice and helpful tips about the area, amenities etc to make the most of our stay. The welcome pack (tea bags, coffee, milk and bottle of wine was well received) Although purpose built, the accommodation felt homely and welcoming. The location, just two mile from Whitby and in very close proximity to the park and ride terminus worked perfectly for us and meant we didn't need the bother of driving into Whitby. We really enjoyed our stay despite the iffy weather and would definitely book again and recommend to others. Cannot think of a single negative. You will not be disappointed.
