The is a tasteful unit on the riverfront with everything you need to enjoy your stay including linens and paper products. The view is superb! We made reservations well in advance and ate at The George Restaurant next door on the patio on our night of arrival and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. It is about a five minute walk to the Henrietta III. We have enjoyed their dinner cruises in years past and would recommend. Physically you need to be able to walk up one long flight of stairs (enclosed) to get to the unit. Parking can be tricky, but if you can snag a metered space in the late afternoon on a holiday weekend you are golden! Bring lots of singles and fives for the parking machines just in case, as they don't take credit cards. Also, if you need supplies (coffee, wine, milk, etc.). Plan to buy them before you arrive. There are no convenience stores within walking distance. We did walk to to Front Street Brewery and purchased some growlers during our stay which were excellent as well. Had a great time with the kids 11 and 14 getting ice cream and walking around. We had to walk 5 blocks to the Black Cat store to buy a deck of cards, so bring your own. A couple of board games and a deck of cards are my only recommendations to make this unit perfect!
