Good location, saw a moose in the back yard. Unit is dated and carpet was stained. We had a great time and the unit worked well for 2 couples. Seemed clean except for carpet stains. Area was nice for morning walks.
"V good but paid double on Booking.com with services charges not included!!!"

Excellent place to stay , central location, similar to a Centre Parcs in UK set up, so need to take everything for the kitchen! The maintenance/service charge was a shock as it was only added on after the booking was made, probably Booking.com were oblivious to this, so $300 became $600 gulp! Definately book in to the BarJ Wranglers down the road, it was the highlight as well as the cable car up to the Teton top although this too was very pricey at $38 a head (we had 5 adults in our party- so cost us £120), but well worth it. Jackson Hole is a great little town we all loved our 2 days in the area.

We usually stay in a condo near Teton Village. This time, we decided to try the Aspen's neighborhood; basically, because of location, and the wonderful Aspens Market. It was a great decision! Beautiful condo, perfect for two couples. It is hard to find a condo that doesn't have single beds in the second bedroom! The condo was clean, tastefully furnished, comfortable, and quiet. We liked the kitchen also.

My daughter and I recently enjoyed a week in Jackson Hole while staying at The aspens. The facility was well appointed and could have easily accommodated 2 more people with equal comfort. Unlike heels, etc, there were plenty of bath towels!
It was a short, beautiful drive to the downtown, ski area, and national parks. At the beginning of the complex, we appreciated the variety store and coffee shop. There were 3 restaurants very close by.
We highly recommend this facility.

This particular condo was outdated and needs some modernization. We found some mold around the bathtub and some light bulbs were burnt out. The view was not spectacular from the deck, with only a very limited scenery of the mountains from the deck. It did live up to the hype with the wildlife, with a moose at our front door almost every day. The location was okay with most of the items worth seeing within an easy 4 to 8 mile drive of the city of Jackson. We felt the pricing was extremely high for what we got.

The condominium we rented was nice, clean and hospitable once we were allowed to settle in. Unfortunately, the management company was ill prepared for providing adequate guidance and assistance. Upon arrival at the management office, i was informed that the original condo I rented was not available due to maintenance and another similar/comparable unit would be provided at the same cost. I was informed that I was given a courtesy call the previous day to inform me of the change. I checked my call history, no call on record.
I would have spent an additional hour or more driving my family to and from their office if I hadn't noticed they gave me the wrong keys.
Upon arrival to the condo, I see a sign stating that the door was going to be painted and it would need to remain open until the paint was dry. The rental company was not aware that maintenance was being done on this unit. I called the office as I did not want to have our belongings left unsecured by having the front door to our vacation rental open. I requested another unit. It also meant I would have to drive for 1 hour, with an already tired family in the card. I was assured another unit in the same complex would be available. While waiting for the return phone call, I walk my 5 and 7 year old to the swimming pool that was listed as an amenity on the web site I rented from. I was charged a $12 fee per person as the unit did not have pool privileges. The office claimed it was not a listed amenity on their web site. However, it was listed as an amenity in the original unit I rented on a different web site. They happen to manage the unit and are not aware what is advertised.
After the phone call from the rental office, it was determined that we would spend the night and transfer to another unit the following day. It only got worse as no alternate unit was found, the fumes from the door paint were abundant in the living room and kitchen, and we had an open door all day!

I recently stayed four nights in the aspens at Tamarack 623 with my husband and two kids. We really needed the space after three nights in hotel stays in Yellowstone. We barbequed on grill the first two nights after a long day in the mountains. The 2nd floor porch with green views of the trees and mountains. Washer and drier helped to keep our travel clothes to a minimum. Location close to Teton Village and lots of greenery. Just outside of town by 8 minutes - so much more peaceful. Ate an awesome meal at Calico's just up the road. Kids enjoyed having the small loft and room to their own. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of steep stairs. Must be stressed for anyone who is older or with walking problems. The aspens is a great spot to stay. We would return on any future trips. We also got a discounted price so that helped with our travel cost.

Found the condo to be generally comfortable with 2 exceptions. The loft area TV location was useless and should be relocated into the master bedroom. The dinnerware-plates, glasses and cutlery were not adequate. Master bath needs to be upgraded. Flooring was not fastened down under vanity.
