The aspens is a great location in Jackson Hole and this condo is in the aspens. However it is located just a few hundred feet from multiple recycling bins the size of semi trailers at the entrance of the aspens. Therefore every morning people and I believe business' line up to dump their recycling. I am all for recycling just not at 6 am. Every morning (and I am not exagerrating) at around 6 am you wake up to the sound of people dumping glass, cans etc into the bins. There is no way you are going back to sleep once it starts. It goes on all day long. The master bedroom is the entire upstairs and is good size. However there is no door to the master bedroom so everything that goes on is heard by everyone downstairs. There is also no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom. Instead it has two swinging saloon type doors. What? So again absolutely no privacy in the master bedroom. Everyone knows exactly what is going on and being said upstairs in the master. The TV in the master is I believe a 13 inch LCD mounted up in the corner. Not even worth turning on because you cant even see it. The small deck is not even worth mentioning except for the few broken plastic chairs. Sad because it could be really nice with the garden view off the back. The rest of the condo was fine. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Living area had plenty of sitting areas for hanging out. The market was within walking distance which was a bonus. This place has the potential to be nice if it were improved a little. Like a door to the bathroom in the master and a door itself to the master at the top of the stairs. Loved staying in the aspens because of location but next time I might make sure it is further back in away from the recycling center.
