“Great place, good value!” This was our first time renting a house from an owner. We had a great experience. The owner Mary was very helpful and she even called us right after we checked-in to make sure that everything met our standards and we had what we needed. The unit is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort is in a great location and has easy access to expressway I-4 and 417. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Disney and the Espn World Sport Center. We also enjoyed walking around Old Town in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Thank you Mary for letting us stay there.

“Location ideal” After a full day at the Disney Parks it is so enjoyable to walk into a spacious home away from home. Secure in the knowledge that everyone has room to spread out and relax from playing hard all day. A wonderful fully furnished townhouse with all the amenities of home in a gated community located just off of Fl 192 behind Kissemmee Old Town and only 3 miles from Walt Disney World s Animal Kingdom. Beautiful pool and play area are bonus over the top.

“nice place well kept” This condo is in a good location. You can walk to Old Town to the car shows every friday and saturday nights. The wi-fi is excellent. There is plenty of room. We ride our bicycles up and down 192 on the very wide sidewalks. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The owner keeps you informed of the things you need to know in a timely fashion

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Fantastic Vacation in Orlando” Thanks to Jan we probably had the best vacation in years. The condo is very well situated. It’s only a five minute drive from restaurants and supermarkets, such as Aldi and WalMart. For us it was very important since we have two kids and love to taste local food and cook in. The kitchen is equipped with high class appliances and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Needless to say, the condo is kept impeccably clean and spotless. We were also impressed by the overall design of the condo and the furniture. Having two bathrooms was an additional plus. The master bathroom with its expensive marble counter top and tiled with natural stone, seemed to have come out from an upscale designer office. The pool located only a few steps away from our porch was a little jewel. It was never crowded and on most times we had it only to ourselves. The gated community is located in a well-kept prestigious area and its admin personnel helped us a lot in planning our visits to the amusement park, printing tickets, etc. Jan is a very friendly person, going out of his way to make our stay at the condo enjoyable. His professionalism in running the condo and his attention to detail is fantastic. The condo definitely exceeded all my expectations. “Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“Wonderful home!” We can not say enough great things about this rental! The home is gorgeous, even nicer than pictured, the area is very quiet and safe, the drive to Disney is very convenient and the owner is wonderful! Every email I sent was answered right away by Jenny and she even checked in on us during the visit to make sure everything was ok! She even thought to include "essentials" that I didn't remember to buy. Our family will be staying here again (as soon as we save up for Disney again)! :0)

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!
