We really enjoyed our time here, great location, close to everything. There are quite a few stairs, but it makes for some great views. Wonderful kitchen with all the amenities you could want and a very large pantry. The beds are not the most comfortable, but we still had a great trip.

We had the privilege of staying in unit 109 at Red Quill Village. There were 11 of us due to 2 more at the last minute but we improvised and made it work. two full size futons in the bottom floor, 2 bedrooms with queens up top, two full bathrooms upstairs, one full on the bottom level, and a half bath near the kitchen.
A huge kitchen with really nice appliances. A breakfast area as well as a dining area. The living room was plenty big and equipped with cable and surround sound.
We also had our own hot tub right outside the bath of the condo that was heated up and ready for us when we wanted.
There was also a heated garage which came in quite handy when we came in from the slopes so We didn't have to track the snow and dirt into the house or take off our boots in the cold.
The shuttle pick up to go anywhere in town was within a 1/4-1/2 mile walking distance, as well as two convenience stores, a donut shop and a coffee shop.
Last but not least... the surrounding view was very nice but that's not hard to say when you're in Winter Park. It's beautiful there.
Without a doubt, I would recommend Red Quill Village to anyone staying in Winter Park. I will definitely keep them in any future plans when I visit Winter Park.

First, I showed up to get checked in and they were still cleaning the unit. Next, we found out there was no hot water. They sent over someone who had as much technical know-how as my great aunt Mildred to stare at the boiler like a deer in the headlights. The on-call Hvac guy they had was in Denver. He had to drive up the next morning to fix the boiler. Net, net---I spent $1,000 for two days and I had hot water by 10am the second day of my stay. I had five adults and three kids--what a nightmare.
“Cherrish time with family but quality of furnishings was inferio”

Furniture in the front room was not the qulaity expected. Was not well suited for a 4 bedroom facility. Front room furniture was not comfortable and did not adequately accomodate 7 adults. The bedding was only OK - downstairs bedding for the kids would have been more comfortable with a couple of beds and a TV. Also needed instructions as to how the in floor heating system works. The upper bedrooms were quite warm even with the windows open. Need humidifiers in each bedroom to help with nasal congestion. We contacted the front desk for additional skillets and they accomodated. Just expected more the money. Overall we had a good time but with more qulaity furnishings our stay would have been more enyoyable.

Loved it. Outstanding unit w/ high end furnishings! Location was within walking distance to Hideaway Park, restaurants, etc... Unit was very spacious and the kitchen was a plus. High end appliances and well stocked allowed us to enjoy several meals as a family. Thanks for the great accomodations.
