“A good ski vacation” The property was fine for our needs. It could definitely use some updating and wasn't as clean as we had hoped when we got there. We had to call for the cleaning people to come back since several of the floors had dirt on them. The location was fine. Beds were quite uncomfortable and many could use new mattresses.

“a small piece of paradise” we had the most beautiful time in Deer Park. it was comfortable and beautiful. the clubhouse was an added attraction. we only would have liked an early morning swim, it only was available from 10 a.m.

“Gorgeous Memorial Day weekend.” The condo was very nice, very clean. My family of 6 fit in very well. There was a little problem with a sleep sofa but we eventually got it to work. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance to several restaurants and took advantage of it. My wife and I were able to go for a nice 4.5 mile loop run along the path to Loon mountain then down the back road to South Peak and back. We hiked and swam in the rivers and explored the Kancamagus.

“great time at cozy attitash Mt Village” If you like to go on vacation with nothing else but your luggage!!! It's the place to go!!! Nothing to worry about. Everything is perfect. The place is very clean and cozy. You can enjoy all the facillity on the site for free. I will go back for sure!!! By the way, we were 4 adults and a 10 month old baby and we had enoufgh space.

“Beautiful and highly recommended” The townhouse was clean and well maitained. There was plenty of room for four or more people. The upstairs balcony over looking the living rooom and the slider to the deck was great. There were views from just about every window. The fireplace made for a great way to relax and enjoy the townhouse. I would highly recommend this property to a friend and I plan to go back. It is close by to many attractions and restaurants. There a is a shuttle bus to Loon Mountain for skiing. I am looking forward to staying agisn next year.

“Wonderful weekend stay!” We had a weekend family get-together with a group from ages 2 to 65. Michael met us on arrival and gave us a grand tour of the lodge from beds to sleds. His love of the lodge was obvious as he shared its history. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us - with room to spare. The large, well-stocked kitchen allowed all of us to share in the cooking and cleaning chores. The dining room was huge. The living room had plenty of space for all of us to congregate around the fireplace or to go to a corner for a game challenge or a quiet space. Lots to do inside (games, books, sound system, karaoke) and even a play area with table, chairs, books and toys for the young ones. Outside - to die for! A hill outside the door that was fun for all ages of sledders - and floodlights for night sledding. We had a great snowshoe hike on the trails (snow was not good for XC skiing that weekend). Great stay on the river!

192 was beautiful. I would recommended cleaning window sills full of spider webs, and the oven was still dirty when we arrived. A few pots and pans that have matching covers would be nice too. We didn't have any serving platters either, so it was a juggle serving friends. The toilet in the master bath is in need of a quick tightening and moves off the base when using. Some new bedspreads in the bedrooms would be nice too; the master bed was lovely, just needed a nice cover. The A/C units are clumsily installed, but we were so happy to have it! My biggest gripe is the small TV in the family room which by today's standards is from the dark ages. We all have large TV's at home so downsizing was not fun for us. Time to upgrade! :) Overall we loved the location and had a wonderful time. And of course, the folks at Loon were wonderful as always.Thanks and see you next year! … see more

Good place,

We had a great time! Location was good, place was clean and cozy!!! The few issues we had were that there was only a small amount of wood provided, that did not last more than two hours of the first night. Not really a big deal, just think it should be known that renters need to buy wood upon arrival. Also we were under the impression the game room and pool where not on location.again not a deal breaker, just would of liked to know ahead of time both places were off location.
