Dappledown - comfortable, tranquil, thoroughly enjoyable

Left on Jul 07, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We stayed in Dappledown studio in June for one week, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is first class, spotlessly clean, well equipped and ideal for a couple wanting to visit the area. It is set in a small quiet village and overlooks fields with two magnificent oak trees (although one of them is bare of leaves). The owners are very friendly/helpful, and the welcome goodies …

The perfect walking holiday

Left on Dec 03, 2009 for a stay in August 2009

We had a wonderful week in this cottage. It was clean and comfortable and had everything that we could possibly need.
The location was perfect for us, the common is only a few minutes walk away, the Malvern's made for a lovely walk out from the cottage, as did Eastnor Castle. We found an excuse to stroll out in the evening to the very handy local pub, which also does food.
There was also the …

Superb!!

Left on Oct 12, 2011 for a stay in October 2011

Sixteen friends took this barn for the weekend and everything about it was superb. We had space to separate out to read or watch tv in comfort after our walks in the beautiful countryside,or to go and play table tennis, or relax in the hot tub. There were plentiful supplies of glasses for pre-dinner drinks, and masses of china and crockery . We could all sit around a large table on comfortable …

Lovely views across the valley

Left on Mar 12, 2015 for a stay in June 2013

Fantastically well-equipped and furnished cottage with great views across the valley. Excellent kitchen with everything provided and luxurious bathroom downstairs. (Didn't use upstairs bathroom as I was on my own). I had a problem with accessing the wi-fi but Peter sorted this out immediately. A quiet spot but my only slight criticism is that the "private" garden is very much shared with and …

My first vacation time in UK, I would like to be back in Tarrington Chase!

Sonja and Shane are so kind and friendly, they do the best to make your stay fantastic!

Eveything in the cottage is fine with a pleasant atmosphere and the village is so nice to walk around, a golf course is in a short distance!

Beautiful relaxing warm cottage

Left on Apr 24, 2013 for a stay in April 2013

We had a great weekend in the Cider house. Amanda, Robert and the llamas were very welcoming. The house was a warm, clean and cosy. Very well equipped house. Great bath and bed. The cottage was at perfect location to explore by bike the beautiful Herefordshire country side.

Great fish and chips in the local village - nice pub too.

We would go back to stay
