Our beautiful waterfront condos have a range of room types to suite your every need. Whether you want a suite for two or a penthouse for up to twelve guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. If traveling with a boat, the facility is boat accessible by powerboat only, because a fixed bridge offers only an 18-foot clearance. The marina offers 16 boat slips accommodating vessels up to 35 feet with a 13-foot beam. Clean your catch at the dock’s fish cleaning station available to all our guests. Then take a few steps to the open-air poolside grill and learn the meaning of fresh fish. Pelican Landing is a short walk to a marina where world-class fishing and scuba charters can be engaged. After spending some time on the water, you might want to enjoy the charms of Old Town and Duval Street. Luckily, a quick bicycle ride is all it takes. Our facility is located just one short mile the Duval Street area. Across the street from Pelican Landing is Bayview Park where you can play tennis, shoot hoops, or just hang out.

The location was close to main attractions. Our two bedroom, 2 bath was furnished nicely, clean, plenty of room and a large balcony. The outdoor lounge area is a very small bar with a few stools and unattended and no restaurant on the grounds. We stayed just after prime season, I probably wouldn't pay the cost during prime season. Construction throughout the night, however we can't blame the realty company. Overall a nice place.
"Not a good place to bring your family for a vacation"

First of all the pictures online must have been taken when it was renovated, when we got there the pool was not clean and had mold everywhere, the deck was very dirty. Then in the bathroom down stair by the office there was roaches on the floor and the elevator had no air conditioning in it and smelled like dead fish. The information we were given from the office was no help at all when we were arriving, if I would not have called 3 minutes to 5:00pm the day of our arrival we would have never known about a code for the key, where to put the boat in, and then still did not get enough info about where we could leave the trailor. Eventually after asking around we were given the correct information, I would not recommend this place to anyone it was very dissapointing to myself and family.

The condo was better equiped than most kitchens!
Very close to the main road so it was noisy but not when the sliders were closed. Pool was clean, boat slip was paramount! a bike ride away
from everything....very little contact with staff which is why I gave only 3 stars. Would saty here again as long as we had access to a boat to utalise the slips

Our keys weren't left in the 'after hours' check-in location. But once we got someone on the phone, they were brought to us quickly and with sincere aplogies. Good dockage and cleaning station and it's great to be able to see the boat from your balcony. Furnishings weren't great, but it was VERY clean and roomy. A couple nights we had to endure loud guests out by the pool until the early hours...but it was a holiday week and the management tried to be helpful. About a mile from Duval, so close enough for most people to walk anywhere they might want to go. Not much immediate grass for pets, but right across the street from a large park. Overall a wonderful option, especially if you have a boat and a pet!
