We had a great time. The rental unit was very nice. We were in town for a wedding and it worked out great for us. If your coming down with a boat this would be a great place. If your coming down for the night life, it is a mile away from the heart of Key West so that should be kept in mind. It is very close to grocery stores, so stocking up is easy. Overall I would recommend this place

For the most part property is clean, but I could not help to notice the building needs maintenance. Lots of cracks that may revel the structural integrity. The elevator has seen better days, creepy noises coming from the forth floor when inside, and the first night of our stay elevator was out of service . Not to mention the annual elevator inspection has been expired for over a year. And, please inform renters in advance of any scheduled maintenance or repairs. Vacations are meant to be enjoyed and construction background noise is less then desired.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was good and we (8 ladies) felt completely safe. We walked everywhere with the exception of the grocery store. The house was in excellent condition. I would definitely book this same location again.

The Pelican Landing condo looked quite satisfactory at first glance. there were three bedrooms with bathroom in each room. The lanai overlooked a boat marina and waterway to the left and a busy road to the right. There were a number of guests at the building but the noise level once inside the condo was very quiet. The place appeared clean, nice towels in each bathroom, and extra linens for beds. The only significant problem was with roaches and other insects that appeared in the kitchen the second night. they were scurrying around the floor, in the dishwasher and coming out from under a closed closet door. Yikes!
Some people in the south do not seem to be as freaked out aout something such as this but as a northerner, we are rather undone by these insect invasions. I let the management know about this when I left. They assured me that the situation would be dealt with ASAP. There was a significant cleaning fee attached to the overall fee so I can only hope they get a professional exterminator to do a significant spraying of this condo -and the entire building. The trash room where we were asked to throw away our garbage was overflowing and in desperate need of attention.

We really enjoyed our accomodations at the Pelican Landing. It was clean and nicely furnished. We will definetly return. The city bus was very convenient from that location since we didn't rent a car. I recommend this location to anyone visting Key West.

We were very pleased with the St. Kitts retreat, with the exception of the dirty tile floors. Since there is an automatic $200 cleaning fee for a retreat or penthouse, the place should be spotless. Walking around barefoot would leave your feet dirty. Other than that, loved the location and the convenience of having our own personal boat dock with washdown and fish cleaning station. We could go out fishing or snorkeling during the daytime and enjoy the nightlife of Duval St. everyday we were there.
