Luxurious 180m2 vacation duplex rental in Sitges that houses up to 7, decorated with exquisite taste, in a blend of Provencal and Tuscan styles. It has handcrafted clay floor tiles and antique oak doors, some of them 150 years old or more. Three of the four bedrooms have double beds and an individual room. In the living room, huge velvety sofas, a marble chimney and the original works of Miró y Reig blend a sense of comfort and bohemian chic. In the library there is a large LOEWE television. The dining room and open kitchen are on the second floor, painted in warm colors, with a robust table for 8 that overlooks the sea, the Sitges old town and the garden. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

The neighborhood

It’s located near the heart of Aiguadolç’s Marina —one of the most charming corners of Sitges— and of some beautiful beaches, on the sunny banks of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s an ideal place to rest or for sailing lovers. Aiguadolç’s Marina is classified as one of the best in the Mediterranean Sea.

The contrast between the modern moorings and the old fishing village architecture results in an attractive and natural environment: it reconciles tradition and luxury at the seashore. In the summer, the turquoise colors of the sea and the sound of the vessels fill the streets, seafront bars and restaurants.

Near the port you will find the best beaches of the area, like Blamins Creek and the Aiguadolç’s beach. If you were to get tired of swimming and tanning, you can always play some holes at the historical Golfing Club Terramar or ride a horse in one of the two riding schools.

Or just take a stroll in the Old town of Sitges, only 10 minutes away, and enjoy its narrow and charming streets and historical buildings. In the harbor you will find bars, restaurants, shops, a little supermarket and parking space.

Sitges is a small Spanish town brimming with things to do. It is likely that during a trip to Sitges you are not going to want to miss out on a trip to one of its picturesque beaches, Some of which are among the best beaches in Catalunya, and even among the best beaches in Spain. However, whilst you are there, also ensure that you take a walk around the town and enjoy the beautiful sightseeing in Sitges. The town's narrow streets are filled with whitewashed old buildings, many of which have an interesting history.

Art and culture

Sitges is home to some important yearly events, such as the Rally Internacional de Coches de Época, the Festival Internacional de Cine de Cataluña or the Corpus Christi celebration. Three museums are to be noted: Santiago Rusiñol’s home and atelier, that shows his own works as well as works by El Greco, Zuloaga and Picasso; the Museo Maricel, that includes Gothic and Romanesque art collections, as well as a modern art gallery; and finally the Museo Romántico, a must if you wish to learn more about the XIX century’s Catalan society.
