Three Gables is in the center of the rural village of Newbridge yet tucked away at the end of a private drive with ample room for parking 3 or more cars. It is a stylish and comfortable detached house in a quiet location with stunning panoramic country views and a private enclosed garden. Within easy reach of coast, beaches and nearest towns, just step outside for beautiful country walks and cycling routes. It is the perfect base for friends and families wishing to spend time together and enjoy a relaxing break at any time of the year with the micro climate of the island giving weather that is often better than elsewhere in the UK. Patio doors and large windows give a light and airy feel to the house while good insulation and central heating make Three Gables warm and cosy in the the colder months and solar panels provide the hot water in the warmer months. Master bedroom has zip and link, can be kingsize or 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 with double bed, toddler bed, Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4, has double bed( on ground floor). bed 5 has 2 full sized single beds. Large bespoke kitchen with Rangemaster electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher . A large table comfortably seats 10. Spacious lounge with ample seating for 10. Large TV with freeview, smart blu ray/dvd, CD and ipod dock. French doors that lead onto the decked veranda and garden to the front. The garden is suitable for children,it is terraced there are grassed flat ares accessible via slopes and steps, there is a fence to ensure safety, a decked area, a patio and lawns. BBQ, outdoor furniture and games are provided. The property is not adapted for wheelchairs but is suitable for people with restricted mobility. Access to the property includes a step into the house. On the ground floor is an en suite bedroom, the kitchen, lounge, bedroom 5 and separate family bathroom.There is a shop 2 minutes walk away (open March -Nov). and a pub 1.5 miles. There are easy drives to local towns for shopping and the many tourist attractions around the island.The county town of Newport is only 6 miles away and historic Yarmouth is 3 miles away, The nearest beach is also 3 miles.* Free wifi.*We have secure lockable storage for bikes, sporting equipment etc.Public Transport – There is a bus service that passes the near the end of the drive from/to Yarmouth ferry or Newport. Getting around

The number 7 bus stops 20 meters from the end of our drive which links Newport and Yarmouth, it leaves every hour, you can buy a rover ticket for up to 5 adults to get unlimited travel around the island. Travelling by foot to the island you can have a rover ticket for 5 adults for £1 a day when you stay at our gold green tourist awarded house.

Interaction with guest

We live next door so are on hand if needed and have a wealth of knowledge about the Island please ask.

Lovely location, views amazing. Our three grandchildren loved playing in the large garden and the seven adults loved relaxing and playing with them. The Nearby beach was visited every morning of our stay. There is so much for children to do on the island, Black Gang, Robin Hill, Tapnall Farm to name but a few. There are also lovely restaurants which were much appreciated by the adults. Three Gables is a lovely house, fully equipped for all our needs and we would therefore definitely recommend.
