Description

Tudor Lee has been furnished to provide a luxurious hideaway, with new furnishings, a splendid bathroom, and with a very high standard of electrical equipment for your holiday and free WiFi.

It has its own entrance through a large conservatory which has a dining table for "semi outdoor" dining and relaxing.The washing machine is in the conservatory. There is a well-equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toast, kettle, cafetiere) linked to a dining room - with windows at 3 different levels!

The L-shaped living room has a sofa and armchairs. Stairs lead up from the flag-stoned entrance hall, entering the upstairs area through glazed oak frames.The L-shaped bedroom has a 6ft zip linked bed, which may be used as two single divans. It also has a sofa bed which we prefer to be used by a child.

The splendid bathroom has a large 'rain head' shower, corner bath with shower over, washbasin and loo.

A mature garden, with lawn and flowers, patio, garden furniture and a barbecue, is dedicated for use of guests, providing good outdoor living space in a peaceful environment sheltered by a little copse.

Our own produce - vegetables in season, jam and chutneys and fresh flowers - forms an essential part of our welcome.

Details of local attractions, walks, bike rides and trips are provided and we have generations of local knowledge.

Visitors arriving by public transport may be met at the ferry terminal.

Deposit of 25% of rental fee on booking; remainder due eight weeks before your stay .

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to property being left as found.

Response from the owner We are glad that you enjoyed Tudor Lee's peace and quiet, the comfortable 6ft bed with sheets and blankets you requested, the constant hot water, heating and location. What a pity you didn't take the opportunity to raise any issues during your 2 week stay when all could immediately have been resolved. In such a wet and 'growy' September the late summer growth was lush, with resulting vegetables and fruit freely available.

How do damage deposits work?
