Description

Riverside in a prime position in Zell, one of the most picturesque Mosel Valley towns, our 'River View' apartment is an ideal pad to experience life in the heart of the Continent. Enjoy the views up and down one of Europe's great rivers, to the village of Zell Kaimt opposite - and to steep hillsides of vineyards and forests.

Our building is of 5 apartments. Decor is fresh with white tiled floors, white rendered walls and ceilings. The house dates from the 1920s and was completely rebuilt in the mid 1990s. The row of houses face the river, with vineyards clinging to the hillside terraces behind.

Short stay guests can discover the local wines, walk, bike, canoe, take a ferry cruise, do day tours by coach, explore the region by bus or rail and enjoy the atmosphere of many wine cellars, delicatessans, cafes and restaurants. Less than 1km walk is the Mosel Erlebnisbad with indoor swimming pool, spas and saunas.

Within an easy day's travel are castles (such as Cochem, Eltz and Bernkastel), abbeys, Roman ruins, Bad Bertrich spa resort, Trier, Luxembourg, Koblenz, Mainz and the Rhine Gorges.

Long stay guests can explore Europe with the convenience of nearby 'low-cost' Hahn Airport, a major Ryanair hub, with cheap flights direct to Canary Islands, Morocco, Spain, Majorca, Portugal, France, Sicily, Sardinia, Italy, Greek Islands, Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Scotland, London and Eire.

There is a patio next to the entrance for guests use.

Street parking opposite the house is free, relatively safe and easy to get a spot.
A cellar is available to store bikes or luggage for guests who are using 'My Europe Base' as a base and vacating the apartment for trips away.

“mooi apartament aan de moezel!”

Het apartament ligt aande moezel,prachtig uitzicht op de rivier. Heel schoon en verzorgd!,bedden waren opgemaakt er lagen baddoekken. En dicht bij het centrum vanZell,vriendelijk beheerders echtpaar!.
