Beautiful, brand new home located 10 minutes walk from Sand Hollow reservoir and 1 mile from Sand Hollow Golf Course. There is plenty of parking space for boats, ATV's and Motor Homes. The home has a very spacious living space with stunning views of Pine Valley Mountain and located in the new phase of Dixie Springs subdivision an ideal location for anyone visiting the Southern Utah area, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pinks Sand Dunes, Snow Canyon and St George. Sand Hollow is quickly becoming the favored holiday location for Golfing, ATV trails beautiful walking trails, bike paths, water sports, swimming and very conveniently located to restaurants, theaters, shopping, etc.

“Serene retreat”

If Synthia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
