Right on the beach off Amelia Island Parkway. The Parkway is beautiful with a canopy of trees lining the road. The Summer Beach Village property is beautifully landscaped and the condo is very well cared for. The owners are local and available if you need anything. -Great view, nice oceanfront covered patio - perfect for outdoor dining. A charcoal BBQ grill is furnished for your use. Everything is on one floor - no stairs to deal with.

The Jackson's condo made our first trip to amelia Island the best trip we have ever made to the great State of Florida.
The condo is incredibly located and convenient to the beach and the pools. It is also convenient to dining, recreation (golf) and shopping. It is spotless, well-stocked with beach essentials, and Robert and Brenda are unbelievably accommodating. This unit is by far the best value we have found.
Thanks to the Jackson's for providing a great place for a great vacation!

Visited for 10 days in late December 2010. We've been to amelia Island area several times in past, this is 1st time in Summer Beach.
We thought the condo was perfect for our needs. The location is good (near Ritz Carlton), beach (great). The owner has a membership to the Golf Club of amelia so we were able to play (great option) this very nice course at a reasonable rate.
Most importantly, the owners take excellent care of their property. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The mattresses were great quality and super comfortable. The furniture, linens and fixtures were much better than your average rental property. The condo was well equipped. Cookie (fussy pomeranian) got comfortable from the get-go. The condo and beach are pet friendly. The setup of the condo works well for one or two couples. Bathrooms although well appointed are a bit small. Think 4 people is most you could handle comfortably in this unit.

My family stayed at your condo in October We left rested and revived. I failed to sign the guest book and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the condo. We have been visiting amelia Island since 1990, and never before have we had such a wonderful experience. The condo was by far the cleanest we have ever walked into. I think this is the first time I can remember when Mom did not clean prior to anyone touching anything. The two dogs loved the patio and grass area. This was our first trip back to the Island since Dad had knee surgery and bladder surgery for cancer. The lack of steps was a perfect situation for him and made the trip very special. When I found your listing several months ago I had no idea what I would walk into upon arrival. The pictures posted do not do your condo justice. Thank you for all the extra touches you have added to the condo. The weather was perfect for the entire trip. My husband was able to join us for the weekend and had a wonderful time as well.
Thank you for working with my father to make sure everything was ready when we arrived. We plan to return again next October. My parents are even thinking about staying for a month.

Fantastic two bedroom condo. Everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation in amelia Island. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the beach. Brenda and Robert provided suggestions for golf and restaurants that made our vacation great.

The cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed at on amelia Island since we have been coming for approx.16 years. Robert & Brenda have made the condo seem like home away from home. It is nice to be able to walk into a place and feel comfortable as you walk in the door. We usually have to clean before we settle down but this time there was no cleaning necessary. Looking forward to coming again.

Once again, Brenda and Robert's condo did not displease. We stayed there last September, and brought our dogs. We didn't think it could get any better - but it did! They've added comfy new mattresses to both beds, as well as a new flat screen TV in the living area. We didn't want to leave. The beautiful view with perfect weather made for a perfect week getaway. Will recommend and will come again!
