This amazing 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is elegance in paradise. With an open, one floor plan and views of the Gulf of Mexico our Anna Maria Island condo rental is a picture-perfect getaway for couples or families. What we consider to be the world’s best view – the oh-so turquoise Gulf of Mexico, pearlescent sands and a nearly endless blue sky – our home is all about your experience. Your superior experience.

With every detail, we strive to exceed expectations.

Our condo was totally renovated and professional decorated in a tasteful Floridian theme.

All new — windows, sliding glass doors, modern wood doors and trim, newly painted textured walls and neutral colour vinyl plank flooring throughout. As well — new, living room, dining room and kitchen coastal style furnishings, artwork, and accessories.

A wall mounted quartz counter in the kitchen allows a separate area to use all your electronic devices.

This unit also features, custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, full size front loading washer and dryer, cable TV, high speed wireless internet and luxury linens.

The master suite has a king size bed with sliding glass doors opening to the large lanai. The lanai is furnished with new chairs and tables where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glorious evening sunset.

The spacious second bedroom offers a queen and a twin size bed.

The two full bathrooms have new vanities, mirrors, LED lights, plus hair dryers.

For your enjoyment the living room and master bedroom have new wall mounted flat-screen televisions.

We also include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, picnic cooler for the beach and beach toys.

You will love the large heated swimming pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, a charcoal grill and 2 covered privately assigned parking spots.

Prior to your arrival we’ll deliver both packages directly to your phone, tablet or computer containing all the information you will need for your vacation. Packages include — directions to the Condo, your 6 digit code to the remote keyless lock, instructions how to work the A/C, television and appliances, a guide to our favourite restaurants, shopping guide, things to do and more. When you are out and looking for a place to eat or planning your next day activities all the information you need is at your finger tips.

— You can enjoy all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Tour the island by boat. Or parasail! Rent a bike – scooter, boat, or a jet ski. Look for shells as you stroll the beaches (seven miles of it.) Shop small boutiques, jewelers, art galleries, and other local offerings. Go fishing. Pack your days with activity, or leave them blissfully unscheduled. The choice is yours on Anna Maria Island.

— With the island's laid back charm and leisurely unhurried living speed limits are restricted to 25-35 mph throughout the island.

— This tropical paradise also offers free trolley service for both tourists and residents. A car is not necessary when vacationing on the island or you could park your car for your entire vacation. The trolley tours the island from 6:00 am tom10:30 pm and runs every 20-30 minutes. For your convenience the trolley stops right in-front of Absolute Anna Maria.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
