This terraced cottage is located on an equestrian farm near to Ashbourne in Derbyshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Note: Due to the size of the property it is most suitable for 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.Church Farm Cottage is a terraced cottage set on the owner's equestrian farm in the hamlet of Edlaston, just three miles from Ashbourne on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) as well as a family bathroom, which makes it suitable for four people. Also included in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as ample off road parking. Perfect for discovering the countryside of the Peak District as well as the thrills of Alton Towers, Church Farm Cottage has something for all of the family.

Ample off road parking. individual enclosed garden, with furniture and BBQ with access to shared lawned area Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 3 miles. Pub/restaurant 300 yards.

Region: The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Edlaston is a hamlet just 3 miles from the market town of Ashbourne. Lying at the southern end of the Peak District, Ashbourne has a market place with stalls, narrow cobbled alleys, coaching inns and almshouses. For those who prefer outdoor pursuits, the Dove and Manifold Valleys are close by and Alton Towers is just 20 minutes away.
