1-bedroom apartment (48 m2), on 2nd floor (there is elevator on the building) of a large building block. The block of flats forms a large square with a nice and quiet garden at the middle, which the apartment looks onto. You can relax on the balcony. The apartment is fully renovated and furnished and can accommodate 1-4 guests (double sofa bed on the living room).
In walking distance you will find three major avenues (Kifisias, Mesogion & Alexandras), the metro station (8 minutes walk), bus stations (1 minute walk), grocery stores, theaters & cinemas, restaurants and bars. Ideally located.

Ampelokipi” is one of the more fortunate areas of Athens in terms of public transport. The nearest metro station is 8 minutes walk and bus station is only 1 minute walk while the search for a taxi is a piece of cake and the use of it is very economically since most of the destinations are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Ampelokipi is a lively area with a lot of traditional taverns and international restaurants (Friday’s, Applebee’s), bars, cinemas and theaters, Super Markets and even a street market where you can buy fresh products at very reasonable prices

The flat was easy to find and was very well located. Even in October it was a very pleasant experience to breakfast on the balcony, facing into a lovely open square away from the traffic.

Very nice apartment in a decent district of athens. Unobtrusive, tasteful furnishing and all basic facilities. Quiet at night. One minute to the bus station and a 10-15 minutes' walk to the Metro station from where you get to the center in another 10 minutes. The host was extremely helpful, kind and diligent - from the first communication by mail up to our leaving day. The price was fair, too.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone. People who plan to bring work and/or depend on a stable broadband internet connection should be aware that the apartment is not ideally suited for this purpose. It is furnished for vacation purposes, and while there is wireless Internet, the connection is not always stable and you have to change between networks. It is still possible to do some work and use the Internet though. You just should be aware that the apartment is equipped and offered for vacation purposes. -

This was the second time we've stayed in the "Loveable Experience" apartments. The manager is very nice; the apartments are located in a good neighborhood and close to public transportation . The apartments are clean, well stocked with appliances, linens, and anything one would need on vacation. We'd stay here again!!!

"Cet appartement permet un excellent séjour à Athènes. Il se trouve à proximité d''un nombre important de moyens de transports urbains (métro, trolley, bus) permettant de gagner en quelques minutes la place Syntagma et tous les sites. Il est à proximité du métro arrivant de l''aéroport. L''équipement est parfait (avec clim!) et l''environnement très plaisant (balcon avec table et fauteuils, cour intérieure d''immeuble pleine de verdure...) dans un immeuble "bourgeios et très calme (sur le pallier se trouve un médecin!). Le propriétaire habite dans l''immeuble et assure un accueil plein de charme, offrant plans et indications pratiques diverses et une grande disponibilité en cas de souci. Nombreux commerces à proximité dont au moins deux importants supermarchés. Une location à recommander."

Enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. Really appreciated the quietness. The appartment was everything we had hoped for and more. A 10-min. walk from the nearest metro gave us a chance to discover this neighbourhood. We really enjoyed athens and the athenians.

As far as the apartment is concerned you get exactly what you see in the website. It was a pleasant surprise!
The unit was renovated and very modern in feel. We rented a 1 bedroom unit and it has a separate kitchen (fully equipped with all the bells and whistles you can ask for and if there is anything not provided you can ask the owner), airconditioning was great (one in the bedroom and another in the living room), large and clean bathroom (has a new washer if you want to do laundry, water pressure was great with unlimited supply of hot water), and the living room has a sectional which converts into a bed for 2. A television/DVD unit is provided as well as wifi access. The building itself is secure and has an elevator.
Location was perfect for us and we felt safe because of establishments in the area --- it’s a few meters from a Citibank branch and across the street is the President Hotel. The buses are frequent if you don’t want to walk but the nearest metro is a few minutes walk away and only 4 stops from the main interchange which is Syntagma.
The owner, Manos, was extremely helpful ant went above and beyond what other owners might have done for us. He booked our ferry from Santorini and even advanced the payment! When we arrived at 11:00pm in the port he was available to help us out when we were a bit lost. Upon arrival in the apartment, he already prepared a little package for us to help us venture out in the streets of Athens (map of the metro, list of buses to take, places to eat, instructions to go to the tourist sites, etc.). It was like staying in a hotel without the cost!
My friends and I absolutely recommend you staying in this unit. You’ll have a truly great stay and save a bit of money for shopping.

Arrived on a day when the taxi's were on strike. Luckily Emmanouil sent us an e-mail with directions how to get to apartment using metro system! Our apartment was clean and comfortable, within walking distance to a large grocery store and many restaurants. We appreciated the tips and map. This apartment would work great for an extended stay.
