We stayed here to be near Flisvos marina, much better and cheaper than staying in a hotel. We were in a good location, close to the buses, restaurants and a Carrefour at the bottom of the road.
George the owner was wonderful and helped us out with so many things, he made a huge difference to our stay.
The apartment was nice and modern, needs to have a double bed instead of a sofa bed but he did say he was going to change that!!!
Besides that big open kitchen/dining/lounge area, nice big Tv's and good wifi.
I would definitely recommend this apartment. -

The apartment was nice and well equiped. Althought the bedrooms are not well desighned - the bed in the master bedroom takes up most of the room and you have to manuver in order to get from one side on the the room to the other. The second bed room has a double sofa bed which is ok.with a possibility for a third fold up bed - a bit crowded but ok. Currently this bedroom has no airconditioning which is a big problem but George assured me that he is about to install one. The bedlinen and towels should be more upscale - not matching in color or size, and with a few stains, another thing we didn't like was the many half used items in the bathrooms and kithcen - toothpaste, creams'lotions and shampoos - left by previous renters probably -and some personal clutter of the owner.
However - Goerge is very pleasant and vey helpfull. The apartment is well located - There is a bus to the city center ' but since we had a car we drove into city center' (5 minutes drive) found a parking garage very close to the acropolis museum( pais 12 euros for 11 hours) and had east access to the airport. The Taverna in front of the building is recommended. there is a Carfoure close by and the expresso machine with pods supplied generously is a big plus. The apartment is well lit and is very modern. We deffinetly recommend it. -

We stayed at this apartment from 08/09 to 14/09, 2012. George is a great host, accessible, always ready to help and yet unobtrusive. He arranged for us to be picked up from the airport, sorted out the daytrips outside athens, restaurant recommendations, you name it. The tavern right outside the apartment is well worth visiting for a meal. His colleague, Andreas, was very helpful and informative as well.
The apartment is as in the pictures, fully furnished, with all modcoms, a home away from home. Will definitely stay there again on a return visit. -

CanadaNice & spacious apartment

We enjoyed our stay in George's apartment. We were a family of six so the space was very much appreciated. The only thing was the lack of air condition in the smaller room but we made it work between the larger bedroom and the living room which was very comfortable. The Nespresso machine (and pods provided) was definitely a plus for us. The grocery store down the street, the "periptero" and little mini market were all walking distance from the apartment and even the pharmacy in the same building came in good use. We even arranged pick up from the airport through George at a very decent rate. We would consider renting from George again in the near future.

North Wales, UKA wonderful apartment. Loved all the little extra touches!
Left on 07/11/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This apartment is lovely and perfectly located for all of the attractions of athens and close to the port for trips to the local islands. George is a extremely helpful man and is happy for you to ring, text or skype him any time to gain assistance. We found this very helpful for advice about the local area and for booking taxi's. There is a supermarket at the end of the street and a lovely tavern in front of the flat (and several more in the immediate area). The bus stop at the end of the road (take the a2) takes you straight up the main road to the main attractions (Acropolis and Pantheon etc). And about 7-10 minutes walk south is the planetarium and in the opposite direction is a busy little centre with shops and the tram to the beach- which was definitely worth it. The flat is full of little extras, I used the iced water facility on the fridge a lot and my partner enjoyed the coffee machine. We were two couples and the only negative is that the two bedrooms are not equally matched for comfort - so it felt like we had to draw straws. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and would happily go again.

This is an amazing flat for a romantic getaway or for a small family. Me, my wife and son stayed there with two more friends. Is really big, and comes with lots of treats that make living there great (cofee machine, jacuzzi, nice TV and PS2). There is also a balcony which is nice to chill in the evening. Is 15 min from athens heart and 10 mmin from the port, so the location is great. 15 min walking from it there is a small city center where you can take the tram that will take you along the coast (do it) so you can pick the beach you like th most. The souvlaki house, just a block away is amazing and cheap. The Tavern just in front is also very nice. George is kind and always helpful, if you need anything you can call him anytime...that is great when you dont know the language (e.g. to book a taxi). The only detail is that the smallest room does not have aC, so it gets a little bit hot...however you can live with it using the fan. Nevertheless, that detail is just minor compared to all the good things about the flat. Good money for value.

Edmonton, AB CanadaA very pleasant stay in athens!!!
Left on 05/10/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We were five females who definitely enjoyed our stay in athens in this wonderful apartment. To begin, the apartment is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. A quick walk to the bus stop will allow you to reach all nearby attractions within ten minutes. We also enjoyed the Greek restaurant across the street one evening. The apartment itself is very modern and impeccably clean. It is an open layout with lots of space and natural light, which was perfect for us. The bedrooms were cozy, and the kitchen was amazing. It also includes a great balcony which you can relax on, and take in the views. All the amenities provided allowed for a very comfortable stay. We felt like we were at home! Wi-Fi connection is great, and air-conditioning worked well. I would like to thank George for his fantastic service. He was very prompt at answering emails and any questions we had. He picked us up from the port and dropped us at the airport at a very reasonable rate. He is a true gentleman who made sure we were always comfortable, and was very accommodating to all our needs. We would all go back in a heartbeat and stay here again!
