Description

This spacious and luxurious flat is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, 5 minutes walk to the Neos Kosmos metro station and 3 minutes walk to the tram that takes you to the Athens sea front.

The apartment has a charming and unique decorated living room and dining room area, that has 2 sofas, fire place, home cinema TV set and DVD player, a coffee table and siting stools. The special hand carved dinning room table sits 10 people.

The kitchen is situated at a very convenient part of the house and it is fully equipped with oven, microwave,, stove, dish washing machine, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and every gadget needed.

The one bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet, a dresser, which are nicely decorated in light blue colors. There is also a tv set.

The other room has a sofa bed that one person, or two children can sleep comfotable. One of the sofas in the living room can also be used as a bed.

The bathroom has a sink, a toilet , a shower and a washing machine, plus a linen cabinet.

The balcony is big with nice breeze all year around. There are two set of garden furniture.

One can also has the use of a garage space on the ground floor, PILOTI, that operates with a remote control

The whole apartment is in full use of my guests.

I will welcome my guests and i will show them the house and how everything operates

The area of Neos Kosmos, is a neighborhood of the old Athenians. The small houses have been rebuild to apartment buildings but the locals remained in the area and they are very friendly. There are a lot of shops and coffee places that give a vibrant atmosphere

The Metro Station is 5 minute walk taht can take you to the Acropolis in 5 minutes and to the center of Athens in 7 minutes. The Tram stop is 3 minutes walk. The Tram can take you to Piraeus, Palaio Phaliro , Glyfada and to the seafront of Athens in general.

Using the Metro and the airport train, one can arrive in the house in an hour.

The neighborhood is very safe and you can visit any part of Athens within few minutes , with the use of the Metro
