Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment of 75 sqm, located in the Eixample neighborhood. Just in the same corner of Sagrada Familia, masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí.
Apartment has a lot of natural light and is very bright.
Very spacious living room of 30 sqm, with 2 big and comfy sofas, table for 6 persons and a desk with a laptop.
One of the sofas can be converted in a 200x150 cm bed.
Equipped with a 42"TV, DVD, Free Wifi, Internet Access (ISDN).

Very well located apartment, on the same corner of the famous Sagrada Familia, a monument of world interest, work of the famous architect Antoni Gaudí. 20 meters away there is a metro station.
Passeig de Gracia, Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya are only 5 minutes away by metro. You can also take a 15 minutes walk from the apartment to city center.
The Eixample neighborhood is quiet and perfect located for moving arround the city.
The apartment is close to the most interesting points, and the metro station sited next, can take you to any point of interest in less than 10 minutes.

This apartment is truly only a step away from the famous Gaudi-designed Sagrada Familia and the metro, with lovely park space just opposite the church. There are lots of sights to see within walking distance and the metro gets you to all the downtown places. Daniel Roig is a very considerate, charming and responsive host. The apartment living room is both stylish and comfortable. A particular bonus is the laundry room. It is a separate (tho basic) room made out of an enclosed terrace with both a wash machine and plenty of rack space to dry your clothes without having them impinge on your living space. Altogether, a really good choice.

We stayed in this appartement for 4 days, 2 adults and 2 children 8 and 10.
Situated only 150m from the Sagrada Familia (you can actually see it from the appartment!) and next to a main metro station this is the excellent spot to start the discovery of Barcelona from, with (and without) kids. The living room is in the front of the building and offers a nice experience, view, sound and smell of Barcelona with the windows open. The quiet bedrooms are in the backside from the street and have good beds. Overall the appartement is modern and clean with all the comforts we needed.
The owner is a very friendly easygoing guy and very helpful who made our stay as comfortable as possible. -

We decided to have another trip to Barcelona this year, this time with our two boys (5yrs and 4mths). We have been looking for a reasonable big apartment, suitable for family, in good localization.
The apartment is very well located, close to metro station and Sagrada Familia with plenty of shops around. It is very well equipped, feels more spacious than it is. A leaving room is quite laud though even during the night but thanks to the fact that both of the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment you can take a good sleep even in a strict city center of Barcelona.
What we cannot miss the fact the landlord is very helpful ready to help you in any matter probably - he responded for the small defect of a shower drain within an hour.

El apartamento estuvo excelente, limpio, cómodo, con suficiente espacio con todas las comodidades. Tiene una cocina completamente equipada (nevera,estufa,horno), lavandería, dos cuartos y el baño es completo. La zona de estar tiene TV con canales interesantes, comedor y hasta cobijas para el frío.
Esta localizado al lado de la sagrada familia, en un barrio cómodo y tranquilo. Tiene una estación de metro a 50 metros y estaciones de taxi en la esquina.
Daniel es muy cordial, puntual y nos entrego el apartamento en perfectas condiciones -

Great flat with spacious living area and comfy beds. Good location - close to the underground. Some noise could be heard from the trains but not loud and didn't disturb sleep or enjoyment of the flat. Directly opposite the flat are two small supermarkets which were very handy.

Dani was a great host and communicator from the time of booking right through to the end of our stay. The apartment was great value, very clean, with modern appliances and superbly located. The apartment has everything you need, and we would love to stay here again when we next visit Barcelona

Renting the apartment was really easy and Daniel is extremely helpful and professional.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment.
The use of the Laptop was a bonus.
Bedrooms clean and comfortable with lots of storage space and hangers.
Bathroom modern and clean a little small, no bath, however shower was adequate for ones stay.
The location is fantastic for the Metro, we found it too far to walk to the Ralambas, if you are young and fit no problem.
I am a light sleeper and could hear the Metro underground early in the morning. My husband and friends were not disturbed. It did not spoil the stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. -

This apartment is really good. Next to the Sagrada Familia, the only thing is, the beach is kinda far, but the subway and bus are only 2euros. The taxi is really cheap too.
There is lot of space, in this apartment. The check-in was really quick and good, Dani gave us all the informations we needed. The Check-out was exactly the same.
The Kitchen is open so it's really easy to be part of the conversation while you're cooking. Nothing to say about the apartment I was really happy with it. There is nothing bad to notice. Maybe only the sound of the shower but it's a really small detail.
If I'm going back to Barcelona next summer, I will probably rent this apartment again. -

We spent 8 days in this apartment in august 2012. The apartment is more comfortable than what it looks from the photos. The rooms are clean and spacious. The air conditioning makes forget the hot summer outside. I found the laptop is really a bonus if you want to check your email or manage your photos. The location is perfect, not in the noisy city center but only one minute walk to La Sagrada Familia and Metro station!! Apart from all these, the landlord Dani is must be mentioned. He is very kind and always ready to help, no matter what time of the day. I we have chance to come back to Barcelona, this is definitely the place we would like to stay again. Thanks again Dani!

We stayed for a week. The apartment was perfectly located next to the Sagrada Familia and well communicated near the metro and bus. Dani is a fantastic guy and he offered us excellent advices for our visit in Barcelona. The apartment is like the fotos, very clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommended!!!

This is a great place to stay and visit Barcelona. It is spacious, clean, very well organized and with all comfort you need. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 12) but the place has room enough for 4 adults. In the proximity you will find all transportation (metro, bike rental, bus turistic) to visit all the hotspots of Barcelona. The host, Dani, is friendly and helpfull. We highly recommend this appartement to anyone who wants to have a more than pleasant stay in Barcelona. We wil indoubtedle will be visiting again.

I and five friends stayed in this apartment for eleven nights, and couldn't have been happier with it. Just a minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and Metro station, and only a half hour walk to the beautiful beaches of Barcelona, this was the ideal place to get to know Barcelona perfectly. It was reasonably priced, fully equipped, and very confortable too! I would definitely recommend this apartment to groups of friends or families such as mine.

The apartment is fully accessoriated and spacious. We found there towels and all that we needed for cooking. The pictures that we found on the web-site were faithful. This is a special apartment both for families and for young people. Metro Station and Sagrada Familia are 50 mt far from the house. The owner is really helpful and Kind. Absolutely excellent

This modern apartment leaves nothing to desired. Next to the Sagrada Familia and 5 minutes from two Metro lines, a laptop with free Wlan, a well equipped kitchen and two quiet bedrooms on the courtyard side.

Me and my friends have just come back from a 4 night stay at this apartment and I have to say we couldn't fault a thing! The apartment was beautifully finished and very comfortable. The location was amazing, literally on the doorstep of Sagrada Familia. We didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend staying here.

We got fantastic time in Barcelona thanks in part that we rented this apartment. Location is fabulous, design is very nice and confortable.
Also, Mr. Daniel was were kindly with us and assisted us in all we need, it did the trip more insteresting.
I totally recommend this place if you want to enjoy the city. We are planning to go back for next year again.
Comparing with other apartments we have rented in past, this apartment has been our best choice. -

One of the points we would like to highlight regarding the landlord, Daniel, is his willingness to make us feel comfortable in his house and to enjoy our stay in Barcelona.
This cool apartment in Marina St. is very nicely furnitured, very modern and above all comfortable. Placed in a unsurpassable location, next to Sagrada Familia Basilica, in the sorrounding area, it is easy to find any bars and restaurants to have local or international food and drinks.
