The apartment of 105m2 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortable accommodate up to 8 guests.

The apartment is located next to Diagonal Avenue, one of the main streets that divides the Gracia district and the Eixample. Since you are not right in the Ramblas area, this zone is much more tranquil and local. The Diagonal street itself is home to boutique shops and restaurants as well. There is a grocery store close to the apartment and you also have easy access to all forms of public transport, bus, tram, metro, and taxi.

The apartment is located 2 min walk from the metro Verdaguer (Blue and Yellow line).

We are really sorry about the problems you had with the aircon during your stay. Unfortunatelly, we can not control when things stop working properly, but of course, we allways try to solve the problems asap, and during our guests stay. Unfortunatelly, sometimes this takes longer. We have already solved this problems with a new central aircon system in the apartment, plus some other renovations, to assure our guest's comfort during their stay with us. How do damage deposits work?
