Magnificent views of the sea and city in a brand new Bofill's building (famous architect). Only 15 minutes from the historic city center and a 10-15 euro taxi ride. Great apartment to enjoy Barcelona, feeling on the sea, while having breakfast on the Terrace. Spacious living room with ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the sea and sunny terrace with comfortable garden table with chairs and lounges. Fully equipped kitchen and new appliances . Response from the manager We are on a constant pursuit to give better service to our guests and therefore are attentive to all reviews, but we will not accept guests who are uncivil, disrespectful and rude to the rest of community in the apartments where they stay. As you know, we offer high end Barcelona apartments offering a unique experience and the chance to live with local Spanish people in the same building. It is for this reason that we ask all of our guests to maintain a respectful attitude toward their new neighbors. In the case of disruptive and uncivil behavior, as in this case, the Barcelona police were asked to step in and expel your group from the building under complaints of two consecutive nights of noise and putting the security of the building at risk by inviting unauthorized guests into the building. We try to be as flexible as possible with our guests, but discourteous, or potential security risk behavior is not tolerated. We also urge you to reflect on this experience and use it as an impetus to try to be a better traveler and more courteous citizen of the world. We want our guests to have the most authentic Barcelona experience, taking in the culture and finding out why so many people come to the city and fall in love but, above all, from a place of mutual respect.
